一套居民住宅改造成5個獨立單元分別對外出租，壓抑也不安全，衞生間無通風系統，房內污垢明顯，設施陳舊不全，牀頭櫃是用兩個破損塑料凳疊在一起，書桌椅差點坐摔倒了。圖片與實物差別巨大。
