The girl at the front desk called me a car ride to the train station at 6am from her personal app and wouldn’t let me pay her back. She should be promoted to a new manager position IMO Excellent customer service 👍

It is a beautiful hotel facing the river, and it is fairly close to the train station. The layout of the room is one of the most unique one I ever stayed in, and the curvy ceiling to floor window makes the room so bright and pleasant. And in the lobby, all kinds of treats and good home made beverages are provided.there are even sunblocks, face creams, lotions for the customers for free. A wonderful hotel.

Great location just 10 minutes from Yichang East Station, overlooking the river. Was upgraded upon check in and room and bathroom is very clean and large. Bed was very comfortable and comes with soft and firm pillows. My room also came with a large balcony overlooking the river. Although fronting a main road it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was just the right variety with good coffee. Stored my luggage without any hassle at the reception. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel is clean, new with good aminities. Around hotel theres nothing much to shop or do anything that is within walking distance.. overall great experience!

The staff at the Hotel was super friendly and helpful. We had lots of questions about what to do in the are and they were super helpful. The hotel was very clean and had all the ammenities we needed, including laundry facilities we could use for free. The entire experience in Lichang was made better because of the staff.

Even though Yichang is not very famous city in China, it has a lot to offer. Very long walking area next to Yangtze River, flavors food, cultural diversity are only some of the things you might be able to experience when coming here. However, that is not all. When we arrived to the hotel we were warmly greeted by Xue Liya who was kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a better room and free breakfast for two days. Check-in was fast and they didn’t even let us to carry our own luggage. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. We got a river view and a balcony to enjoy it. Any questions that we had or any help we needed, Alice would step in and be at our service. Breakfast was really good; combination of Chinese and western food at its best. Everyone would be able to find something he/she likes. The only regret I have is, not staying a bit longer. Everything else was extremely satisfying.

Surprisingly good. Great location, and I was fortunate to be given a room with a balcony and river view. The room was comfy, had good WiFi, and was clean. Breakfast was OK. Staff were friendly and helpful despite not speaking English. There are convenience stores and cafes nearby.

The room is clean, the location is perfect not far from train station. And the changjiang river is just beside. The only thing I need to mention is that the room is not that isolated. And two small Points: 1. The breakfast can be better; 2. The check-in service should ask customers for the car parking procedure. As in second day morning I was in an urgency to go to take the train but they ask to scan the QR code to register the car, I think they should reminder systematically the customer when they do check in.

Very comfortable, clean facility with good choices of breakfast buffet. Room has bidets, comfort beddings and beautiful view of the river. Self service laundry is free to use. Dinner menu is good with reasonable price. Enjoyed the stay for 2 nights
