The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is very pleasant. The service is attentive, especially from server number 2, who was fantastic! They even gave the children bubble wands and small gifts.

As soon as we checked in, they offered us two glasses of water. I was quite thirsty, so I drank both. Seeing how parched I was, they took my water bottle and refilled it completely – really thoughtful details! The handsome young man at the front desk, employee number 6, upgraded our room to a suite when he saw we had a child with us. We're very grateful for that. The hotel's decor is also very well-designed; the frosted sticker on the bathroom glass door has a lovely gradient effect. They provided four bottles of mineral water, and there were plenty of power outlets. Plus, there's a laundry room. They truly had everything we needed, two thumbs up! It's a shame we missed breakfast because we didn't have enough time. It was only a 7-minute walk to the Two Gorges Visitor Center.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are great too. It's also really close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center and Wanda Plaza is right next door, so the location is fantastic! Highly recommend staying here.

The room is spacious! As soon as I walked in, it felt incredibly clean – the floors were sparkling, the bedding was crisp and fluffy, and there was a faint fresh scent in the air. The amenities are new and complete: a large-screen TV, a separate wet and dry bathroom. The attention to detail is excellent. Room service was prompt and very service-oriented. When they saw we had guests, the cleaning lady thoughtfully brought us extra bottles of mineral water after tidying up.

Overall, from the service and facilities to the location, it was excellent value for money. You could feel the hotel's thoughtfulness in every detail. This was my first time visiting Yichang, and I intentionally avoided the peak travel season. I booked this hotel based on reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. For the Two Gorges and One Dam cruise, I didn't have to wake up early in the morning – it's just a 5-minute walk. The room even came with laundry detergent (something you rarely see in other hotels). All the staff members were very friendly and would greet you whenever they saw you. There's a Wanda Plaza, a central hospital, and a snack street right next door. The hotel lobby also provides snacks, drinks, tea, and daily necessities for guests. It met all my travel needs, highly recommend! Next time I come to Yichang, this will definitely be my first choice! I'll also recommend Shuaiyunlan Hotel to my friends and family!

Extremely satisfied, great value for money! It's right opposite Wanda Plaza, and most importantly, it's close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center. Another thing worth mentioning is the hotel's service. The lady at the front desk knew we'd miss breakfast, so she specially informed the restaurant to pack it for us in the morning.
