地理位置有點偏，房價253不便宜，就是民宿，房間潮濕，也小，衞生不咋的，空調是擺設，床墊放在榻榻米上，好在床單被套乾淨，設施也一般，遠看三峽大壩考眼力，窗簾就是兩層網紗，一晚亮亮的，搞得我睡眠不錯的人一晚陸陸續續就睡了4個小時，勝在老闆兩夫妻熱情，幫我們買遊船的票比網購還便宜，樓下大廳能炒菜吃，價格也實惠

第一次住民宿，心裏還有點忐忑。還好除了房間小了點，看得出來老闆老闆娘對房間佈置的用心。來三峽還是入住民宿比較方便，老闆根據我們的停留時間給了我們更合理的行程安排。晚餐的品質給大大的👍，強烈建議帶孩子長者的入住這家客棧，魚肉嫩滑、鮮美，吃的放心。從客棧的進門到房間能感受到老闆和老闆娘的品味。店裡佈置着老闆的陶藝和老闆娘的非遺果子，給我們的三峽之行劃了圓滿的句號。

乾乾淨淨的酒店，也很安靜，能看到西陵峽大橋，早餐可口。奔着看三峽大壩來的，住在附近還是很省時間很方便的。離遊客中心步行十五分鐘左右。冬天也不是春節假期期間，從三峽大壩公園出來不怎麼好打車，差點兒誤了十一點的升船機。建議有此安排的朋友留好銜接時間。訂酒店房間時可以選帶三峽大壩旅遊車的套餐，比各自單買划算些

JJasmineThe location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself.
During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

MMayaKEven though Yichang is not very famous city in China, it has a lot to offer. Very long walking area next to Yangtze River, flavors food, cultural diversity are only some of the things you might be able to experience when coming here. However, that is not all. When we arrived to the hotel we were warmly greeted by Xue Liya who was kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a better room and free breakfast for two days. Check-in was fast and they didn’t even let us to carry our own luggage. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. We got a river view and a balcony to enjoy it. Any questions that we had or any help we needed, Alice would step in and be at our service. Breakfast was really good; combination of Chinese and western food at its best. Everyone would be able to find something he/she likes. The only regret I have is, not staying a bit longer. Everything else was extremely satisfying.

As it's a suite, would prefer to have tissue by the vanity counter & also another trash bin next to it as there is only one trash bin in the bathroom and it's located inside the toilet room instead.

YYitaoWe stayed for a night to catch the cruise and the hotel is within 3 mins easy stroll to the tourist center and Yangtze river. The shopping center and many restaurants are also within 5 to 10 minutes walk so the hotel location is fantastic.
Room is clean and we had great view to Yangtze river and bridge. Free self service laundry at 6F which is a big plus for us. Free snacks and juice in the lobby and the breakfast is good too.
Hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. Our cruise shuttle bus departs at 5:30pm and the front desk helped us extend the room for 3hrs until 5pm for only 99 Yuan so the kids and our parents can rest more.
Overall great choice for family travelling and we highly recommend!

MMatthewThis is a hotel within another hotel.The name outside is 民生酒店，but once you go thru the revolving door you will find the front desk straight ahead with the correct name. For some reason the hotel is from the 11th-13th floors. For a fee there is a typical Chinese breakfast buffet on the 5th. floor. It is two blocks from Aqua Plaza which has pool tables, movie theaters, restaurants and clothing stores. There is a Lanzhou la mian across the street and two nearby parks. Bus 12 will take you to Yiling Square and the Children's Park. Bus B68 will take you to the East Train Station. Great price and a place to refill water bottles is in the lobby.

PPengguna TetamuService of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

I am a solo traveller and the staff went out of their way to take care of me . They organised a superb driver for me to do some private tourist activities ( the waterfalls were out of this world and not so crowded, which I really appreciated).
The bathroom is particularly nice with a really big shower and a bath tub plus lovely fluffy towels.
 breakfasts were really good with a wide selection of healthy and also more typical offerings and unusual for China. The coffee was good quality.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is bigger than my expectation. It is very clean and does not smell of cigarette. I especially like the hot shower. Strong and hot. Everything from bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper cups are all wrapped up with plastic bag. I arrived late and was glad there was a restaurant on the ground floor that is still operating. The food is delicious. Especially the soup. Location wise even though is within walking distance to the HSR, I would recommend that to flag down a taxi because there is a lot of walking and with a heavy luggage it is quite challenging carrying the luggage up the stairs. There's plenty of taxi. I managed to get a taxi at 8am. Opposite the hotel at night there are lots of hawker food. Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.

It is a very clean hotel with a very friendly staff. If there are any problems, they will immediately solve them.☺️
The rooms are not too small and equipped with nice furniture, TV and a new bathroom. They also have air conditioning. The breakfast is also very delicious!
If you have trips going till the evening but you have to make your room empty for the Check-out on that day, you are able to leave your stuff in a secluded area and pick it up in the evening again!
Overall a very nice hotel, I just can recommend! PS: The Orange/Tangerine Bonbons they have at the counter are delicious 😋
