Silks Place Hotel is a true paradise for kids, offering electric cars, trampolines, games, unlimited drinks, and snacks. The guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with amenities. The vast majority of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also booked the renowned 'Red House' roast duck meal, which was absolutely delicious! Definitely worth recommending!

The service could be improved. The staff at the restaurant, front desk, and in the lobby all seemed rushed and were not very polite.

The hotel boasts a fantastic range of family-friendly facilities, perfect for keeping children entertained all day. The staff were also incredibly friendly and patient.

The hotel facilities are truly excellent, and our kids absolutely loved the Funtopia Castle-themed room!

The room was very spacious, and the water pressure was excellent. The large bathtub filled up quickly. Unfortunately, there was a strong drain smell in the room. Hopefully, this can be addressed.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They thoughtfully provided a take-home amenity kit, and even a Dyson hairdryer, which worked wonderfully. With a shopping mall right downstairs, it was incredibly convenient for anything we needed. The kids absolutely loved their stay!

Paradise for kids who love to drive cars, they are many different types of car to choose from. The price is very high, but my kid enjoys very much.

Great hotel and it’s a little pricey but definitely worth it. My kids had a blast and they have wonderful memories with all the facilities that were available to them. Also tried their famous roast duck in the in house restaurant and it was delicious. Will recommend to families looking for great memories.

Would go again!
