I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

This is the best place I've ever been! 🏕️ Away from people in solitude with nature, a real vacation! Perfect! The views are incredible, the service is at the highest level! The restaurant has delicious food! The attitude is polite. I definitely recommend it 😍 💯👍🏻

Beautiful modern resort hotel with separate villas. I stayed in the latter which are enormous, with decent appointments. Notable are the in-ground hot spring pools - each are large and in private garden settings. Location is beautiful with dramatic karst formations surrounding and within the grounds. Warning - bring your own car, hotel transportation is expensive at 6yuan per km.

房間很大也很乾凈，晚上非常安靜，對寵物非常友好，狗狗奔跑地很開心。早上有面有粥有雞蛋紅薯，一家人夠吃了～可能因為綠化比較好所以蚊子比較多，晚上大家記得關進門窗，裏面也有配蚊香～別墅開車去吃飯或者景點都挺方便的～

♨️設施：一夜好眠。衞生間的洗漱用品也很齊全，還有私享湯泉可以泡，一邊泡湯泉一邊看星星簡直不要太愜意。 📍位置絕佳：民宿位於英西峯林走廊，周邊景色宜人，去附近的熱門景點都很近，節省了不少時間。 🏠環境優美：院子裏精心佈置的花草綠植，生機勃勃，空氣裏瀰漫著淡淡的花香和清新的草木氣息。房間內部的裝修簡約而不失格調，每一處細節都透露着主人的用心 💁服務超讚：民宿的老闆和員工都非常熱情好客，從我們預訂開始，就耐心解答各種問題，還根據我們的行程給出了很實用的遊玩建議。入住期間，更是隨叫隨到，關懷備至，讓人感覺像在家裡一樣温暖。 這裏不僅是一個精品民宿，更是旅途中的一個温馨小窩，一定還會再來！

民宿已好在積慶裏仙湖度假村邊上，相比度假村裡的酒店性價比高。古香古色四合院，很安靜。本身訂一間大床房的，提前一天與老闆溝通了解周邊環境及民宿設施時，得知我帶孩子。入住時竟給我升級大床房+榻榻米，超讚。店裡阿姨服務非常好，我們十二點到店，就外出午飯。回家時已幫我們開好空調，暖心細心服務。這民宿去各個景點車程都很近，方便。

某書誠不欺我！！環境尊嘟一流！！下車有管家和保安主動幫忙拿行李，整個酒店超有設計感，拍照超級出片～入住要是趕上日落，那個觀景位置真的是絕了好吧哈哈哈哈。 整個地方不大，房間初步估計也就10來間，沒有公共浴池，都是私湯泉，所以整體環境算比較幽靜的，停車位也足夠。不過因為是聯排庭院，泡温泉的時候會聽到隔壁的聲音，但是也問題不大。 衞生也做得很到位，最打動我的是拖鞋居然有專門的消毒櫃，這樣就不擔心穿別人穿過的拖鞋會傳染，嗚嗚愛了愛了！浴袍也能聞出來有消毒水的味道。餐廳的出品也有點出乎意料哦，價格雖然小貴，但也能理解，味道也算對得起這個價格。 唯一的缺點就是房間進門有點異味，跟上次去從化山裡的民宿一樣的味道，可能是通病吧。

What an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

這是我這段時間住過很滿意的一次別墅了，無論服務、衞生、環境都是超值的！！！設施設備齊全，給我們升級了一個帶KTV的別墅，沒想到晚上還有煙花看，真的是驚喜+驚艷！臨近過年🧨我們等孩子放假了算是錯峯出行吧，所以性價比很好👍衞生打掃的很乾凈，別墅已經開始在忙新年佈置了，很有氛圍，我們一家人全部都很滿意很喜歡，父母開心，小朋友玩的歡心，管家小姐姐服務非常到位，提出的要求都能滿足，也給我們推薦了附近的紅旗茶廠和巧克力王國，隨叫隨到，下次還會再來!

環境很好，温泉很舒服，房間佈局合理，隔音也不錯，院子很大，親近大自然，温泉養生，有觀光電瓶車接送，服務不錯。離市區遠，比較適合自駕遊，沒車不方便。
