藝龍安雲酒店跟錦都金源酒店是同一家酒店，屬於兩塊牌子、一個班子的關係，這一點從酒店的外部和內部的各種標識當中都能體現出來。酒店的硬件措施還是非常不錯的，單門獨棟，有大面積的停車場以及地下車庫，大堂敞亮，前台大氣，樓層走廊開闊，房間面積較大，裝修風格雖有些年代感了，但品質還是可以的，各種設備用具一應俱全，前台帥哥美女主動熱情，顏值在線，業務熟練，樓層服務員也能及時的將用過的行李車拉走，這些服務都無可挑剔，總體來説，這個酒店住得還是比較舒服的。同時，需要指出的是，我們住的温馨家庭房可能有段時間沒有人入住了，各種枱面上都會有一層薄薄的灰塵，沒有及時打掃，另外，早餐體驗不是很好，八點半下樓就餐，部分餐品已經不夠熱了，一些温温的，還有一些甚至是涼的
