FFrancisco Verdera Wèi FangzhouThe hotel is great, it has everything you need for a family or business trip. Personnel is vey kind and smiley. In particular, Kelly and all the personnel in the Reception and the Restaurant. The family room was very well equipped, clean and fun. The hotel has a new policy of free breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests of the hotel and has a nice gym and laundry room with washing machine and laundry dryer. In addition, the hotel has a Starbucks cafe close to reception. Very good hotel, we will return

MM261020****Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite good. I liked it so much I extended my stay by two more days. The breakfast was rich and varied, the staff were very friendly, and the front desk service was excellent. Its central location means there's a lot to do and see nearby, with shopping malls close by making transportation very convenient. Check-in was on the 22nd floor. Any issues with the room were promptly addressed, and they even sent up a complimentary fruit platter. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay with great value for money. I would definitely come back again.

LLarry liu@I highly recommend the Lavande Hotel Yiwu International Trade City! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the trade city. Restaurants and shopping are all nearby, making business trips a breeze. The service is incredibly helpful. The front desk proactively helped with parking and provided hot towels. The housekeeping staff replenished supplies daily. The lavender-themed room had a light, refreshing scent, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing for a perfect night's sleep.
The amenities are comprehensive, including a free gym and laundry facilities. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yiwu!

MM428321****I brought my kids here for a few days. When we checked in, the young ladies at the front desk probably saw I had children with me and upgraded us to a larger room, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean and tidy, with tea and coffee facilities, and the bathroom was a nice wet/dry separation setup. I loved it. We also took the kids to breakfast, which was incredibly varied and colorful. We especially enjoyed the noodles and wontons – the chef is really great at making delicious food. My kids had a wonderful time. When we checked out, the front desk even gave us a small gift! The service here is truly excellent!!! I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

__WeChat253871****Originally, I had a last-minute idea to stay for half a day longer. When checking in, I tried to ask if it was possible to extend the check-out until 4 pm, but I didn't have much hope. After all, many hotels either require additional fees or only offer an extension until 2 pm. As a result, Manager Lee smiled without even thinking and said, 'No problem, just remember to come over at the designated time.' He didn't even have any extra procedures, which was very refreshing and immediately relieved the tension in our schedule. When checking out later, I hurriedly left my wallet in the room and found it at the front door. Unexpectedly, Manager Lee had already contacted the housekeeping department in advance and personally went to the room to help us retrieve our wallets. Also. The hotel room was great and large, breakfast was amazing with many food choices to eat , swimming pool opens from early 6:30 morning and closed at 10:30 night , also thanks for viola and other stuff at front desk for their warm hospitality and willingness to answer any questions

She proactively offered assistance, and since we were a family, she specially prepared extra bath and hand towels and provided children's breakfasts with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. Parking is free, and they give you a parking pass, which is great. The view from the window is beautiful and expansive. Just across the road is District 1 of the Yiwu Small Commodity Market, which is perfect for family strolls.

The rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and bright. The smart amenities are a huge plus; the Tmall Genie voice control and smart toilet were incredibly convenient to use, and I slept wonderfully. My room also offered city views, which was a nice way to relax and unwind after a long day of work.
The front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they responded to any requests very quickly. Thoughtful services like luggage storage and free parking were much appreciated. And the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable – both the rooms and public areas were spotless. The excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The value for money is outstanding! I'll definitely stay here again next time.
