現在旅遊選酒店一個是看位置和衞生，還有就是服務，前台和客房的服務態度都很好！！讓人感覺很舒服！！
早餐的種類很多，之前去過一些酒店早餐全是散裝零食真的不能忍，這家的早餐很符合我的中國胃！！下次來常州還住這裏！真的很不錯！

房間乾淨整潔佈局合理（可惜忘記拍照片了）
親子特別友好，有小童浴袍拖鞋小馬桶，還給小朋友一套小童專用洗浴用品！
酒店的細節做得很好，不止是有usb充電口還配了3頭的充電用線，連電吹風也是追覓的很舒適！
早餐也很滿意，現下的麪的澆頭我住的兩天都是不一樣的，很合口味~
隔壁是同一個老闆的餐廳用餐也很方便
特別感謝經理，給孩子們還準備了拔蘿蔔的活動。
這次全家都非常滿意，説好下次還要來。
ps退房時看到清潔的阿姨很認真的在拖每間房的地板，潔癖星人很友好了😂

44WardWe so enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was everything we hoped for and more because it snowed!
The room had a beautiful balcony, lovely seating area and a very comfortable bed.
The hot springs were a short walk away with many options from saunas to a big pool and of course hot springs!
Breakfast was good. Noodles are amazing, some Western options but not many.
The staff were available to help when needed and very kind.
Overall, we can't wait to stay here again!

Ditanya di mana ada pasaraya berdekatan untuk membeli air dan segera menghantar dua botol air untuk dibawa pulang. Tidak perlu turun ke bawah untuk mengambil kakitangan. Kakitangan akan membawanya ke pintu. Terdapat stesen minyak di sebelah kereta, tetapi tidak ada bau petrol di udara. Sarapan juga boleh mempunyai wonton kecil dan mi kecil. Rasa tidak teruk. Cadangan keseluruhan ialah lokasinya agak kecil.

PPengguna Tetamu位置無敵，金家水庫和茶園走幾步就到，早晨去山腳下的茶園散步，那感覺簡直不要太美。房間乾淨，自家有院子和露台，還有小童娛樂房。早餐簡單清爽，服務的阿姨很和氣，和她聊了幾句，她買的那個豆腐乳好香。民宿還裝了充電樁，免費充電超方便。我女兒感冒了，老闆立馬找了葯給我，很貼心。總之是一次很好的體驗，已經推薦給朋友。有個小建議，大床房床頭的插座和控制麪板都在一側，另一側充電不方便，我懶得要接線板了，建議房間裏可以正常配一個。

PPengguna TetamuThe AC is not good enough, only cooling down the focal area of main bedroom, not in the rest room/ showroom and living room areas.
Although the buffet breakfast is from 6:30-10:30, but after 8-8:30, nothing left too much to eat. Also the background music during the later breakfast is not good, hearing like in the funeral.

AAaronHave been using this hotel many times already. This time round the room were newly refurbished and its very nice and pleasant. Room size and toilet is larger than before. The mattress were great, the firmness is just right and comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast spread very generous with local and international dishes to choose. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is just a short walk to the old city and very convenient for just anything and everything. You can find plenty of food and eatery shops in the old city.

XXueliHoh團購了小木屋套餐，酒店說我是第一個過去的，總體來說，性價比真的非常高了，這個價格蘇州沒有的，可惜過去太遠要不然可以經常去。小木屋不大但是也五臟俱全，周圍環境很好，木屋門前的水塘可以釣魚，鳥叫竹林，環境滿分，唯一的不足是餐食不是太好，團餐的感覺吧，量不算大味道一般，還不如去掉晚餐價格再優惠一點或者提高一點價格把晚餐做的更好一些。特別表揚的是6.16晚上前台值班的小姐姐，服務特別好，還有小哥哥上門送了一份伴手禮，服務全五分，總體體驗還是很好的，值得購買

GGiovanni travelsThe location is ok, as you are in downtown, beside a shopping mall, with a nice view. The room is spacious, but the decor is old, and not well manteined. The staff is mostly not english speaking, and not willing to solve problems. I didn't know the underground parking was not free, and they didn't mention, So I ended up paying the extra fee. because the free parking is very limited. Breakfast is ok, but I expected better.
