入住前有先致電詢問對房間的要求，房間做了無煙處理好評，沒有一點煙味。國慶很堵，到酒店已經晚上九點多了，大堂小劉先生很主動的介紹酒店基本情況，整個入住過程也像管家一樣貼心，會提醒你天氣情況、早飯情況等。客房阿姨也很好，趁我們早上吃早飯的時間，已經效率極高得把我們房間打掃好了。 早餐在25F旋轉餐廳，這個旋轉餐廳也是這家酒店一個特色了，早餐部的周琴印象也很深，會詢問需要咖啡嗎？還要什麼嗎？餐品如何等等。 健身房設備很全，但管理不太好，讓未成年小孩進來鍛鍊既不安全又很吵。 酒店的服務是入住期間最舒心的，值得推薦。

Saya tinggal di sini selama satu malam dan saya secara peribadi berasa sangat baik. Sarapan adalah mewah dan pelbagai Bilik ini juga sangat selesa. Anda tidak perlu membawa pakaian anda sendiri. Stayed at the hotel during Typhoon Bebinca. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Due to the Typhoon, we were unable to go out for dinner. The dining room staff cooked simple dinner for hotel guests for free. Very wonderful and caring staff.
