Friendly staff. I chose the lowest priced room available: a room without a window (1003). It is December so the outside temperature is cool, but inside it felt warm without needing to turn on the air conditioner. An upgrade to the ventilation system would make this room even better.

The AC is not good enough, only cooling down the focal area of main bedroom, not in the rest room/ showroom and living room areas.
Although the buffet breakfast is from 6:30-10:30, but after 8-8:30, nothing left too much to eat. Also the background music during the later breakfast is not good, hearing like in the funeral.

到宜興出差偶遇這家酒店，第二次住啦，位置在主幹道邊兒上，對面是高級中學，前台小姐姐很貼心免費送我一份早餐，酒店大堂不大但是很温馨，有免費洗衣房，房間衞生也還好，設施設備也算齊全，在走廊遇到阿姨她們也會主動打招呼，非常不錯的體驗，必須給工作人員大大的👍

KKAI AIKHotel gave us a free upgrade in room when we arrive a bit late at night around 8pm due to wrong info from Baidu map when I want to get Chinese information on the hotel. Baidu Chinese put this hotel as 环科园亚朵，but the road name it put 人民路135。 we end up at the Both the hotel staff at 环科园 and 人民路are very friendly and professional.
It have both western and Chinese breakfast. The chinese breakfast is delicious. Took it breakfast, I have to skip my lunch. Lol

GGuoqiwei第一次要給自己認真選定的酒店不太好的評價了，就為一個點上的瑕疵。想想算是給酒店一個建議，給後面遊客一個提醒吧。酒店大堂豎了塊醒目的提示牌，到高鐵站有免費接駁車（見附圖），這本是服務遊客的一個亮點，是酒店的加分項，我也跟前台確認了有這項服務，每天定時定點發車。我按乘一點三十分班車預訂了回上海的高鐵票，並預留了一個半小時餘地（被告知車程30一45分鐘）。昨天退房後一點十五分到達候車點，看到發車點有大巴停着充電，就放心等候，結果等到一點四十還無發車跡象，就前去詢問那位中年男司機（此時就此一輛車，一名司機），不料他輕飄飄一句這班車取消了，跟他説我們要趕高鐵，結果當然是不關我事。隨後花60元打了輛網約車得以順利返程。倒不是在意這點車資，而是有一種被忽悠被無視的感覺，實在是不爽。或許酒店會感到委曲，但我以為無法把控的服務可以不提，或者明明白白告訴遊客有接駁車，但不一定能用上。酒店好的方面就不説了，遊客心理。

PPengguna Tanpa Nama在宜興，你可以見到江南最美的模樣，太湖岸線風光旖旎，竹海鬱鬱葱葱，流水潺潺，如詩如畫……中國風景城市、網紅城市眾多，但因人文而出名的城市屈指可數，宜興因文化而厚重，是享譽中外的“中國陶都”，“教授之鄉”，“書畫之鄉”……這怎能不引起我的關注？怎能不吸引我？一直期待着去宜興看看。剛好這次在宜興有個投資項目需要談判，懷着期待的心情前往宜興。
在來宜興的路上，一直在選擇酒店，需要在宜興環科園商圈，又要距離千年古寺南嶽禪寺、銅官山、龍背山森林公園、竹海相近的地方，有一個酒店引起了我的注意，東方新麓酒店。懷着期待的心情訂了這個酒店。蘇東坡曾讚譽宜興“買田陽羨吾將老，從初衹為溪山好”，當我來到宜興，才真切體會到他為何會有如此感慨。
宜興站出站後，東方新麓酒店的客服管家加我微信，宜興的出租車師傅非常好客，介紹了宜興當地的景點、人文，還介紹了東方新麓酒店，説酒店就在銅官山腳下，又在南嶽禪寺旁邊，那裡的位置很好，上車10分鐘，就到酒店了，師傅和酒店的客服管家一起給開了門，宜興人真的很好客，很熱情。
到東方新麓酒店，客服管家帶我去辦理入住。大堂有免費的玫瑰茶，還有水果可以免費領取，大堂旁邊有一個轟趴館，可以無限制的免費玩。辦理完入住，客服管家帶我去客房，進到客房給我的感覺就是超值。客房管家很有耐心給我介紹了宜興當地遊玩和美食的地方，還介紹了酒店房間設施設備，最後跟我説在酒店有任何事情都可以通過微信找她，有管家式服務的酒店真的不多，這家酒店愛了，像是新裝修的酒店，整體風格很有禪意，客房內的衞生很乾凈，酒店的早餐很豐盛！下次來，還要住。
這裏，山清水秀，空氣清新，彷彿是一處被時光遺忘的世外桃源。

SSacha SOur room was clean and spacious, with a new 65 inch tv. Gym consists of only 2 exercise devises, so I would call it a gym. Across from the gym has a laundry room which the guests can use, I didn’t but I think this is a great feature. The paid breakfast was mediocre at best, offering very little selection. It’s worth eating in a restaurant near the hotel.

PPengguna Tetamu宜興地標性建築，住的 55 樓風景很好，前生是凱賓斯基集團管理，延續着外資品牌的優秀！房間牀頭櫃都沒有插座很不方便，牀頭櫃後面的插座沒有電，打了總機回覆是每個房間都一樣！年二十九入住兩晚到年初一退房，房間竟然沒有welcome fruite？也沒有對住客有任何過年的問候和儀式，不應該啊，打了電話説有需要會給，不過後續給了一盆鮮切水果還不錯挺豐富的！

PPengguna TetamuMy room at Manyue Hotel was very clean. The window opens slightly, so there was fresh air, and the room was bright and comfortable. There is a good blackout curtain, so it is pretty dark at night--great! The bed was comfortable, and has different types of pillows to choose from according to your own preference. The shower area is ”private” and separate from the toilet area--they are surrounded by frosted glass, so you cannot see another person--good when staying with a friend! Manyue provided slippers, robe, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and antibacterial hand soap, plus toothbrush kit, comb, and body lotion--very, very impressive for the price of this hotel! It's a good bargain.
There are a few places to eat nearby, but DON'T go to the restaurant across the street in the 1916 shopping center ! (It was recommended by the guy at the front desk.) That restaurant has terrible service--horrible service! The Korean-style bbq nearby was much better, and cheaper too. There is also a nice park about 1.5 blocks away--I walked there easily.
I noted that several Chinese guests did NOT pay a 200kuai deposit at the hotel. However, perhaps because I am a foreigner, I DID have to pay the deposit. However, it was refunded immediately upon my checkout--no problem. Very good.
Manyue Hotel is an excellent choice for a budget-minded traveler. It is a very good value for the price.

The staff is mostly not english speaking, and not willing to solve problems. I didn't know the underground parking was not free, and they didn't mention, So I ended up paying the extra fee. because the free parking is very limited. Breakfast is ok, but I expected better.
