以前这里是麗枫的时候一直没机会住，现在有机会住了他又不是麗枫了，从麗枫老会员的视角点评一下:
整修风格是麗枫1.0版本，现在国内麗枫只要还是1.0版本的基本都挺破旧的了，这个谁家都一样。
保留了麗枫大部分基本设施吧，只是相对应的有缩水，枕头从4个变2个，洗护用品从麗享家变成普通产品，拖鞋换成薄薄的纸拖鞋，布草的话还是用的以前麗枫的所以品质还不错。
比较过分的抽纸，本来麗枫以前用的纸就很薄很便宜了，现在直接换成那种商场厕所的擦手纸，都不是面巾纸，是那种巨硬的擦手纸，我觉得这个成本扣的实在是没必要。
房间的舒适设备除了电动窗帘还能用其他的基本都已经坏完了，灯光模式调不了了，蓝牙音箱也坏了，更不存在洗澡自动放音乐了，小冰箱自然也是消失了。
看样子自从摘掉麗枫牌子之后就彻底放弃维护了，毕竟正儿八经的麗枫能算得上准4星水平，但是这家店明显已经从高档型转为舒适型了。
一百多的价格，能体验到70%麗枫的水平，其实是有性价比的，关键是床垫，麗枫的灵魂就是床垫，只要床垫不换，一百多就能让你睡四五百一晚酒店水平的床垫，甚至可以说麗枫的床垫在国内连锁酒店千元以下价位都是排的上号的。

房間入住比較滿意，停車位比較多，方便停車，發現一個小小的細節，酒店樓層比較高，走到大廳後面電梯比較多，需要刷梯控卡上樓，這點比較安全。前台服務細緻周到，需要加借物品，也送的比較及時。房間設施非常舒適，環境也比較乾淨。

宁宁蔚We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and felt that the hotel service was amazing. I was embarrassed because my Chinese is bad, but the staff were very helpful.
The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very thorough. The facilities were good and the pool staff were helpful too. Sadly, when we ate in the restaurant we got food poisoning, we think because we are not used to the local food/water. We were very sick but when the staff found out they went above and beyond to help us. They cleaned our room, gave us lots of food and drinks, and offered to take us to the hospital even. Before we got sick, we hired a car and they sent us out with a driver and someone to translate. Nico He was amazing, very helpful and even had her sister help to translate. We were lucky to stay at a hotel with great staff who seemed to really care. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to any other foreign travelers.

PPengguna Tetamu益陽碧桂園鳳凰酒店，位置很好，下高速無需走太多路程，停車方便。前台、客房和餐廳服務熱情周到，入住時還給升級了湖景客房，更為舒適。酒店內部環境寬敞，客房也非常舒適。晚餐在酒店餐廳用餐，特別表揚V2包間的服務員小盧，服務熱情周到，待客像待家人一樣，令人倍感温暖。有一個問題有點不吐不快：由於早餐餐廳非常寬大，又沒有開空調，冬天室內温度和室外相差無幾。人可以多穿幾件衣服御寒，但食物是難以保持温度的，餐食打出來放在盤子裏，一會就涼了。

EElsa Ouyang沅江維也納酒店2023年下半年升級！8-21入住明顯感覺到Al智能化——基礎設施窗簾，燈都能通過智能控制；忘記拿早餐券，給前台電話後機器人即送達。淋浴拖鞋消毒用袋子裝好可放心用（平時都自己帶拖鞋）房間地毯也挺乾淨，淋浴間、馬桶用起來也安心，洗髮水挺好的，還有立白洗衣液為連住多天的我們也提供了方便，早餐7：00—9：30開放，種類多樣化！前台，房間打掃工作人員，早餐服務人員微笑服務沁人心脾……來沅江首選維也納酒店！住得安心！吃得放心！

服務態度: 給人賓至如歸的感覺，服務員很有禮貌，態度極佳，特別是吳小燕女士，熱情大方，細心周到，令人倍感温馨。
性價比: 價格非常合理，性價比很高。雖然價格便宜，但是設施和服務水平一點也沒打折扣。

ZZhengzaiying我的天啊，這也叫套房？其實就是一個房間，看我上傳圖片即知，一個房間，中間拿櫃子隔開，隔開的另一邊放個茶几，是不是我對套房理解有問題？設施比較陳舊了，酒店有年頭了！

PPengguna Tetamu一共住了兩天 第二天早上出去玩了 回來發現阿姨進來打掃衞生了 這種如果敲門人沒在裏面應該不會去打掃 而且留了電話號碼的 如果不知道要不要打掃可以打電話問一下啊 直接進去真的有被冒犯到有一種被侵犯私隱權的感覺 之後給前台打電話反應這件事情 前台態度很不好 我們説應該要我們同意才能進來打掃前台就問問有沒有丟東西 意思就是沒丟東西就不是大事 一定要丟東西了才會處理嗎 客人的私隱就不是私隱嗎 留了電話幹什麼用的 當擺設嗎
