Big hotel 500m from Malioboro, the room quite big for family or couples and there is bath up in every rooms , water heater stabil and bed comfort . they give me a fruite basket complimentary. Staff helpfull. Pool also nice . Breakfast so so .. many variaty but the taste not realy good ( i think) . Will come back again someday 🫶🏼

Fijn guest house in een levendige straat met restaurants, winkeltjes, massagesalons en laundryshops. In het guest house is het aangenaam stil. De kamers zijn ruim, met airco. Fijne stoelen in de galerij voor de kamers. Goede matrassen. De badkamer was wat verouderd, maar wel prima in het gebruik. Ook prima ontbijtbuffet. Ter plekke worden eieren gebakken of pannenkoeken gemaakt voor je. Enige minpunt was dat de WiFi slecht was. Op te lossen door te eten bij het restaurant Via Via, twee deuren verder. Goed eten en goede WiFi.

The Soleil restaurant on 1F remains empty during meal times and is only busy during breakfast for hotel guests. Hotel rooms are located on 1F, 2F and 3F. The hotel has no lift or porter service. Do your own heavy lifting or travel light. Laundry service is available. In September 2023, our room 304 on 3F was huge with large twin beds, CRT television (on the way to the museum), empty fridge, good air-conditioning and reasonably working Wi-Fi between many reconnects. The bed slept comfortable and the shower was hot. What more do you need in Indonesia. Point of improvement is cleaning and maintenance, as usual. Breakfast was served with a smile at Le Soleil restaurant. Chef prepared omelettes for continental breakfast with toasted bread, croissants and jam. Nasi goreng and noodles were available. Coffee was European strong with real cream. Hotel Eclipse offers a good stay and swim. Recommended.

Excellent location. Next road and the road on which the hotel is located has many eateries, coffee shops, souvenir shops. Walkable to all of them. The hotel itself is good. Spacious rooms. We had room (king bed) on the 4th floor. Nice and clean. It has balcony facing the city. The odd numbered rooms are city facing and even numbered are pool facing. The pool water is ice cold all the time ! That wasnt really great. Breakfast was decent - no western/ English fare (no sausage, bacons etc.) Fruits were great, otherwise Indonesian menu in the breakfast. There was pancakes, eggs corner, muffins but similar and standard each day. We stayed for 4 nights. They dont have a 'Earthquake alert system' - there are earthquakes pretty much every day in Yogyakarta. Staff helpful polite and courteous. They have breakfast boxes if you are leaving before 6 am for a flight / anything else. Good stay. Will recommend the hotel.

Pelayanan nya juara satu! Gak ada lift tapi ada petugas yang bersedia bawain barang kalau ke lantai atas, pas mau nitip asi di freezer juga boleh dan diambil, dan mantapnya lagi saya dan suami merasakan AC kurang dingin di kamar deluxe, langsung petugas gercep menawarkan pindah kamar yang lebih dingin, bahkan ke kamar suite tanpa ada tambahan biaya! Makanan enak meski gak banyak pilihan
