At the top of a downtown tower is the Oakwood Suites Yokohama. Upon arrival; after parking in the hotel's underground car park, we arrived at the reception with a breathtaking view of the city of Yokohama and Mount Fuji in the distance. Our rooms were fantastic and beautifully decorated. They were very large with a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a magnificent bathroom, a washing machine and a breathtaking view of the harbour. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was exemplary. We had a very pleasant stay and all the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.

No good for families We booked a stay here at the end of our 2 week Japan holiday. We decided on this hotel in particular as it offered a swimming pool. Because of bed configuration we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately we arrived to discover the swimming pool is only open from 3-8pm and anyone under 140cm (my 10 year old) is only welcomed until 6pm and must be accompanied in the water with an adult at all times. Anyone even entering the pool deck must be in a swimsuit. I feel this is simply to accommodate the social media vibe as every person on the deck was there for the selfies. We are leaving well before 3 tomorrow so our opportunity for taking a dip is limited. A brand new hotel that cannot accommodate a morning lap swim seems like a big miss to me. Onto the rooms. Tiny, and awkward with basins in the bedroom area rather than in the bathroom space. Odd. Shower also only has clear glass door so if you’re here for a romantic weekend with a partner that may be fine but families with teens wouldn’t mind a bit of privacy when showering. As mentioned earlier the room configuration with only twin beds meant we had to book two rooms. We did so but when we arrived they were unable to accommodate us on one floor. Again. Not family friendly. Four elevators service the guest rooms and they are crazy slow. With our family split over two floors it was endlessly frustrating. Yokohama was fabulous just wish we stayed at a different hotel.

This is new property, it has been barely a year after being opened We were impressed contemporary, modern stylish room (love the very comfy bed and automated curtain and blind as you enter at the corner king room ) , Spacious sophisticated club lounge ( all platinum ,titanium and ambassador elite member , this is one of the best lounge I have been to among all properties, not just Japan!) not forgetting great atmosphere and view from highest floor where checking desk is located I have stayed many Marriott properties for years and several properties in Japan by now , among all properties in Japan, this is the absolutely place to be back in Tokyo area Despite the location, not located in middle of Tokyo, still easy access and average 20 to 40min train ride from Tokyo to Yokohama where hotel is located After seeing or staying the property, many will not mind for the train ride. As you might know, it is norm to take train or subway 30 min ride everyday within Tokyo that has been well developed and spread wide range At last, I like to thank you to Ms. Inui who has taken care of checking in and out at club lounge, she is sincere and attentive I have a minor issue on service, but she did communicate well and it did not bother me much after all I believe they will improve service much more in future We had great 3 nights stay at the Brand New Westin in Japan

ロイヤルスイートルームに宿泊させていただきましたが、 スタッフの方々も丁寧な接客をしていただき、ホテル内も綺麗で施設やアメニティも豊富でとても楽しめました！ホテル内の感染対策もバッチリでした！彼女の誕生日で来させて頂いたんですが、お部屋の飾り付けや部屋内のサウナ、マッサージ機、広々としたお風呂。2人で来るのにはもったいないぐらい最高でした！ただ、誕生日ケーキを注文してたんですが、ケーキはもうちょっと雰囲気ある出し方というか、何か演出は欲しいなと思いました…笑笑　B1Fのバーでお酒を嗜んでいる時に急に出てきたのでそこは改善された方がいいのではと思います！でもとにかく最高でした！

フロントの女性の対応接遇がとても良く感じました。 少し困ったことは、スーツケースが広げられ無いくらい小さな部屋であったこと。私の身長は172㎝ですが、ベッドが小さく、仰向けに寝るとカカトがベットから飛び出すので、身体を丸めて寝なければならないこと。7泊しても1回も清掃が入らないこと。 それ以外は快適でした。とにかく移動に便利なホテルです。 安く好立地に宿泊希望される方にオススメだと思います。 また、好立地なので横浜観光で利用される方にもオススメです。

シングルタイプを予約、ベッドはセミダブルでゆったり寛げました。私が宿泊した6階の部屋からはみなとみらいの夜景を観ることはできませんでしたが、桜木町駅から遠く感じない距離、リーズナブルで大浴場付き（23時まで入れると教えていただいていたのに出かけていて帰りが遅くなり、大浴場には行けず、雰囲気は分かりません）なので、素泊まりにはお勧めです。

Ia sangat dekat dengan stesen, jadi saya rasa ia sangat mudah untuk mereka yang menggunakan stesen. Kerana ia adalah kenderaan memandu sendiri, saya menggunakan tempat letak kereta yang dikendalikan dengan duit syiling, tetapi saya tidak teragak-agak kerana terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta yang dikendalikan dengan duit syiling berdekatan. Bahagian dalam hotel sangat bersih dan biliknya sangat memuaskan. Lobi mempunyai kemudahan yang selesa, tetapi pilihannya menarik kerana terdapat terlalu banyak jenis garam mandian. Kalau pergi kejiranan lagi, nak guna.

Goed hotel, erg vriendelijke staff zowel bij de receptie als de medewerkers van de was. Erg schoon hotel en niet te duur. Enigste min puntje is het zijn AC rooms (centrale A-C) maar de temperatuur is niet in te stellen erg heet. Raam kan ook niet open.

まず、おしゃれなエントランスで写真を撮っていたらスタッフの方が「撮りましょうか」と声をかけてくださって、夫婦二人の写真を撮ることができたのがうれしかったです。 ダブルルームに宿泊しました。角部屋ではありませんでしたが、大きな窓が二つあり、狭いながらも明るく開放的な雰囲気で居心地がよかったです。 ベッドの頭側に全ての電気のスイッチがあり、寝転びながら操作できるのは快適でした。 バスソルトを自分で作るサービスも、本を借りて部屋で読むことができるサービスも、とても楽しく利用させていただきました。 お風呂場の換気扇が弱かったことと、部屋の鏡に縁取られたLEDライトがすぐ消えてしまうこと、が強いて言うなら気になりましたが 一泊素泊まりとはいえ、とてもお安い値段でここまで満足させてもらって良いのでしょうか、と思いました。横浜で泊まる時はまた利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました！

入ってから12時間使えるので遅くにチェックインする時はここを利用します。 24時間混ぜご飯やお茶類が置いてあるのが良いです。 お風呂トイレなどいつもきれいです。 隣の人が電話をしてうるさかったときのスタッフさんの対応がしっかりしていて良かったです。 一度声をかけた後またしばらくしたら電話し出したのですがすぐスタッフさんが声をかけていました。たぶんしばらく様子を伺っていたのだと思います。 そのせいなのか、何度か利用していますが音で困ったことはありません。
