Best hotel we’ve ever been to - the room, amenities, service and friendly employees were all top notch. Icing on the cake was a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from our 49th floor window. Well done Oakwood Suites Yokohama!!!

Excellent facilities & amenities - stayed in a studio apt, bonus - nespresso machine, rain & body shower, well equipped kitchenette, washing machine, iron & board, Netflix & youtube on tv. Loved the 24 hr access fitness centre which was v well equipped. Service from front desk was v good too.

Oakwood are great for family travels because they often come as suites and that means a living room and kitchen without the "suite" price at regular hotels. The building was also great. Basically a residential building where the hotel has a few floors. Nearby was all the restaurants, activities associated with Minatomirai. In addition the benefit was that the station exit was literally right in front of the hotel.

Near to our cruise terminal and great view and amenities in this serviced apartment. Convenient to the attractions we wanted to go to. Great restaurants nearby and there is a convenience store just downstairs plus train station. Will book again if we are in this region.

The environment and view of the room is excellent. Facilities including washing machines and kitchen Utensils are very comprehensive. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great place and perfect location in the Minato mirai district of Yokohama. The MM-Metro-line Stopps directly beside Oakland Suites. The Appartement is fully equipped with everything you need (kitchen, big fridge, washmachine). Some of the Appartements have a balcony, where you can see the bay and the yokohama baseball stadium (depends on the direction).

The best place from our trip to Japan, The place seems very new, the location is great and you have an amazing view of Yokohama, you can see Mt Fuji at the reception floor. The service is excellent. It is very spacious. I would go back for sure.
