간다이역과 니혼오도리 역 사이에 있어 교통편은 좋은 편입니다. 둘다 역에서 도보 10분 정도
가는길에 편의점도 많고 차이나 타운근처라 저녁~새벽 까지 하는 식당들이 은근 있었습니다.
프런트 분들도 친절하셨고 엘리베이터 올라가기전 어메니티 챙길 수 있었습니다.
방 내부는 깨끗했지만 소음이 아주 많이 약했습니다. (옆방 알람이 들릴정도)
케리어를 침대 밑에 펼쳐 둘 수 있었고 물도 잘 나왔습니다.
조식은 10분정도 줄을 서서 먹었지만 다음날은 바로 먹었습니다. ( 타이밍이 중요...)
요코하마 근처에 적당한 숙소가 진짜진짜 없다면 추천드립니다..

横浜マラソン参加のため前泊で利用しました。とても清潔感のある過ごしやすいお部屋でした。少し良いプランだったので備品のリファが使えて満足度が高いです。場所は、駅改札から徒歩10分もかからない感じでわかりやすいです。繁華街のど真ん中で、周りにラブホがあったりする感じですが、気にならず。買い出しに行くにも飲食店に行くにもとにかく何でも揃っていて便利です。
また来年空いていれば是非利用したいです。

有冰塊機，非常棒！但是樓下只有2台洗衣機，希望可以多兩台。
櫃檯人員非常非常友善，隔壁是Lawson非常方便，離車站大概走路5分鐘，也很方便。沿路都有電梯，不需要自己搬行李。
早上也免費早餐，好吃，非常推薦！
一定會回來再住。

桜木町から徒歩数分の距離にあり、飲食店街から近いので飲食には困りません。
部屋は可もなく不可もなく、まったく問題ありませんでした。
朝食も席数が少ないので、使い捨ての容器に詰め込んで部屋で食べれるのが良いと思います。
スタッフさんもすごく丁寧に接してくれたので感じが良かったです。

16時に予定でしたが、早めにチェックインしました。とても親切に対応してくださいました。朝食のときには、従業員の方の笑顔と元気な挨拶に癒されました。また利用します。

次の日の朝早くの飛行機だったので空港に近いホテルをとったのですが、駅からも近く周りにコンビニもあってとても便利でした！部屋も意外と広くて、清潔感もあり短い滞在時間でしたがとても充実して過ごせました。朝食は今回は時間が合わず食べれなかったのですが、付いてくるというのはとてもいいサービスだと思いました！また泊まる機会があれば次は朝食まで食べれるといいなと思っております。

Had a wonderful stay at Hare-Tabi! I don’t speak Japanese but the staffs were so helpful using body language + translator to make everything happen! Unlike other capsule hotels where you only have a bed size area to yourself, Hare-Tabi allows you with a bit storage/ leg room next to the bed!
Not to mention about their free sauna service included in your package ! It provides the best relaxation before/after a day of exploration around Yokohama China town. You will find some quiet time to yourself using their services here. I’m sure you will enjoy the stay or even purely just the sauna service here!

思思思賢 Chill My BabeDuring my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough!
The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!

PPengguna TetamuThere was some uncleaned sticky spots on the floor near the bed after we have checked into the deluxe room. Called the Customer Service and the senior CS Mr Ryoda Ito came to inspect the issue and relocated us to a different room - upgraded to an executive room at level 13, from level 4. Very prompt response which we appreciated.
Clean & well maintained room with a large sink, stove an cooking utensils, and kitchenware.
Good view of Yokohama harbour from the window.
Manyl cafes pubs, restaurants, convenient stores, chemists within 10 min walk.
Breakfast buffet is standard for 4 star Japanese hotels as expected.
Level 7 has a guest lounge, fitness room, laundry room .
Yokohama Port Post Office is next door which has ATM machine for cash withdrawal (220 JPY service charge using Visa debit card)

SSharondrnsMy son and I book this hotel because we went for a nearby concert at the K ARENA, it's only a good 10 mins walk from where we were, there are alot of 7 Eleven around , starbucks and the Queens 1 & 2 is a 30 mins walk to find more restaurants and Mark Is Mall. The hotel is lovely , we had a great place to rest before we could check in strictly at 3pm . Friendly service and we enjoyed the morning breakfast . The rooms are spacious and I love the toiletries. I would highly recommend this place with breakfast .

EErik ChiangI recently had the pleasure of staying at the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers looking to explore Yokohama or needing easy access to Tokyo. Being right next to Tsurumi Station makes it incredibly easy to get around without relying too much on taxis or long walks.
The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Though not overly spacious, it made efficient use of space, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless.
What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western options, which was a great way to start the day.
If I had to find any fault, it would be that the hotel is located in a quieter part of Yokohama, which might not suit everyone's taste. However, for me, it added to the charm and made for a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing.
Overall, I highly recommend the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the Yokohama area.

タタカタカ旅ブログIa adalah hotel terbaik. Bilik-bilik adalah baru dan bersih.
Terdapat kedai serbaneka, Family Mart dan kafe di sebelah hotel, menjadikannya sangat mudah.
Perkhidmatan penghantaran seperti perkhidmatan kurier juga disediakan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, termasuk kotak kadbod. Yang bestnya, kakitangannya hebat.
Lokasinya sempurna, dan ia tidak terlalu jauh dari Stesen Yokohama, jadi saya dapat bergerak dengan lancar.
Saya ingin menginap di hotel ini apabila saya pergi dalam perjalanan perniagaan ke Yokohama.

MMatty LWe stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

YYSLimFor a solo traveller on a short trip, this was a great way to save money and still get a really good quality stay. If you’ve never stayed in a capsule hotel before, you probably need a while to work out your own ‘system’ as things aren’t all within your reach (there is a storage room for your luggage and a small locker for personal items/valuables, and they are located in different rooms so you have to make sure you have everything with you to save time going from place to place). However, once you figure this out, your stay would be great. It’s the ultimate convenience at a low cost - the hotel is a five-minute walk away from the station and there’re a few convenience stores nearby. It is extremely clean as one would expect of a Japanese capsule hotel. Loungewear is provided, together with towels, and toiletries as well. Absolutely wonderful.

YYuHotel is the Prince Pepe mall, so it is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a 7-11 in the lobby which is good. The rooms are a little small and the restroom is quite small too. There is no air-purifier at the room, which is a minus for me. Overall, I think it is okay for a short stay.
