朝食付きが良かったです。種類は多くありませんがあたたかい食事が出来たので良かったです。靴が濡れてしまったのですが何か、ないか聞いたらタオルを貸していただきました。 外は雪が降っていたので窓際のベットは少し寒かったです

約二週間滞在しましたが、10階の線路側のセミダブルの部屋で、インターネットも完備、部屋で仕事もできました。事前にアクセスガイドを見ておかなかったため、きた東口A出口を出てから国道側に歩いてしまい、ファミリーマートで訊かなければ探せませんでした。出口から地上に出て、すぐホテルが見えるわけでもないので、案内板か何かあると良いと思います。横浜駅東口にありながら、きた東口Aから東口（PORTA, LUMINE）にはもちろん、実は地下通路でつながって西口（CIALやJOINUS）にもすぐ行くことができ、慣れてしまえば非常に便利です。朝食は隣接するPRONTOでしたが、混雑もせず、数種類のメニューから選ぶことができました。また、カードキーをタッチしないとエレベーターが作動しないというセキュリティは良いのですが、最初は乗り方がわからずとまどいました。他にも困っていた宿泊客に数人いたので、もっと、わかりやすい説明か記述が必要かと。二週間の滞在には小物を入れる引き出しなどの収納が少なく、ハンガーも足りずにフロントで貸し出し用のハンガーを追加で借りましたが、クローゼット部分が狭すぎて洋服があまりかけられませんでした。掃除の後でも絨毯や浴室に髪の毛が残っており、掃除はあまり丁寧な感じがしませんでした。浴室のシャワーカーテンのカビの臭いが強く、部屋の中まで臭くなります。ときどき消毒するが交換した方がいいです。細かい点はありますが、全体的には快適な滞在で、また利用したいと思います。

Hotel is very nice, well kept. Room was great. Bathroom was great too. Staff are courteous and helpful. Location was great. Near the train station, near the subway. Area is bustling, lots of eating places and a Create store (mini department store) is right beside the hotel. Big department stores and malls are also maybe 5 mins walk. Only negative for me was that the British pub in front of the hotel was just brimming with loud drinking people the Friday night that we arrived. The next 3 nights were alright as the area was relatively quiet. Still lots of people about but that was more reassuring than scary as they didn’t appear drunk.

Nice hotel. Very new and spacious room. Can walk thru the sky bridge from station to the hotel. I was arrived at the rainy night but luckily we arrived safely with luggage. It’s having a self check in devices in the lobby, you can get free coffee & tea anytime. Around the hotel with lots of restaurants and shopping malls. Nice location & good value of money.

Nice hotel, just takes a few minutes walk to yokohama station. It is very convenient, because there is a family mart and cafe on the ground floor. The room is nice and clean. One thing that is not very okay is the noise from train passing by, but overall it is a good experience staying at fresa inn.
