This hotel was a surprise. Very elegant lobby and the rooms were nice little small. Lot of places to eat very nice. 5 minutes walking from the Shin Yokohama station east gate. With the JR pass just hop on the Shinkansen to Tokyo Station and on to Akihabara for games and toys.

チェックインのときの説明では、チェックアウトの際何も精算がなければ、指定のボックスにカードキーを入れれば良いという説明を受けた。 返却のためボックスのそばまで行きいれようとしたら、どこからか大きな声で「こちらで承ります」との声。 自分に言われてるとは気づかなかったが、三度目くらいの声できづく。 ボックスにいれないで自分のところに持ってくるようにというフロントにたっている女性のかなり高圧的な声でした。 イレギュラーの処理があるなら事前にいっておくべきだし、そうでなければもうすこしちがう声掛けの方法もあっただろうに、帰り際に非常に不快になりました。 それまで特に問題もなく気持ちよく過ごしてきたのに、とても残念でした。 いれないでほしいならボックスの横で回収すればいいのではないですか。

今回、用事・観光で、3日とも違うホテルに宿泊しました。 週末で、曜日設定にもよりますが ３泊の中で一番お安く（他と半額違いくらい） 最終日にして、一番広いお部屋のホテルで とても快適に過ごせました。 バスルームとの段差がほぼないのもいいですね！ デスクが広く、通路にイスや荷物置きみたいなのがあるのもよかったです。 （今回特に、荷物が多かったので…） タオルがふかふかで気持ちよかったです。 毛布の貸し出しもありがとぅございました。 枕の高さや硬さもちょうどよく、安眠できました。 またアリーナに行く際は、利用したいなと思います。 ※アンケート用紙に記入していたのに 渡して帰るのを忘れてしまったため こちらでの口コミ投稿になりました。

We wanted to stay near Shin-Yokohama station because - (1) we had the JR Pass & can use the Shinkansen to go to Tokyo in 20 mins and (2) hotel rates are costlier in Tokyo. We were happy we made the right choice. We got a good deal on Agoda. The room size was reasonable (considering Tokyo standards), but was good enough for 2 people. The beds were comfortable & I couldn't complain anything about the stay. All the usual amenities were provided. There's a Natural Lawson nearby (we're lacto vegetarians) & that had decent vegan / vegetarian options. The station was hardly 10 minutes by walk. We got confused during our first night (also our first trip to Japan). Here's what we did - (a) exit the JR station, take the elevated walkway (b) turn to the left of that walkway, don't turn to the right where there's that elevated roundabout (c) go to the end of that elevated walkway & get down (d) take the 2nd left once you get down & you'll get to the hotel. This property doesn't have a coin operated laundry. Though there's one within 10 minutes walk. Good that we didn't stay in Tokyo. If you've got the JR pass & don't mind the 20 min Shinkansen ride to Tokyo, then go ahead & book this place!

실제 숙소 퀄리티에 비해 리뷰가 좋지 않다고 느껴 작성합니다. 방이 좁긴 하지만 혼자 지내기에 전혀 불편함이 없었고, 데스크 직원분들도 친절하십니다. 화장실에 비누/샴푸/린스 당연히 비치되어 있었구요. 신요코하마역 바로 앞이라 교통이 편리합니다(하네다공항으로 바로 가는 버스 있음). 바로 앞에 패밀리마트, 도보 15분 정도 거리에 돈키호테 등 주변 시설도 좋은 편이었습니다. 전체적으로 가성비가 좋은 느낌이고 전 만족했습니다! 보통 혼자 묵는 분들이 많이 이용하는 듯했습니다. 조식도 결제 가능한데 전 이용하지 않아서 잘 모르겠습니다. + 새벽 비행기라 체크아웃 시 데스크에 직원분이 안 계실까 걱정했었는데, 체크아웃은 별도의 절차 없이 카드키만 반납하면 처리됩니다.
