We stayed a night before heading to Hakone. Our flight arrived really late but we still managed to find plenty of options within 10min walking distance. Room size is standard. Nice view from the room. Above average breakfast buffet. Good English speaking staffs! Good value!

Kurang dari 5 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen dan ini merupakan mercu tanda, jadi Saya dapat mendengar tanpa ragu-ragu. Biliknya bersih dan memuaskan. Sebotol air mineral juga disediakan secara percuma Selain itu, dua tin bir juga disertakan dengan makanan ringan semasa kempen. Saya bernasib baik! Saya meminta bilik merokok, tetapi saya minta maaf kerana ia tidak dilengkapi dengan pembersih udara. Saya meminta kaunter penerimaan tetamu membawanya. Saya secara amnya berpuas hati.

酒店硬件比較老舊，別的我都打了滿分，主要源於對酒店服務的高度認可，日本的酒店管理服務確實宇宙第一。酒店遇到的所有工作人員都非常敬業，尤其是酒店女大堂經理，熱情細緻地為我們解決了所有問題，衹可惜沒有記住她的名牌，衹記得短髮，氣質很優雅。

Nice location, just exactly right in front of ext3 Bashamichi station. Amenities are plenty for you to pick up as you needed right at lobby floor such as iron, combed hair dryer, bath salt, etc. the hotel are a little outdated but fully functioned. The staffs are helpful and good at english communication and breakfast tastes pretty :)

Check in was smooth. The hotel clerk who checked us in was friendly. Check out is self serviced. There are check out kiosks on the ground flr and the 20th flr. The hotel staff told us to check out on the ground flr. But if you planned on storing your luggage at the hotel after check out, you should use the check out kiosk on the 20th. The hotel has WiFi coverage in the entire premises. No telephone in the room (not really necessary anyway), but there is a telephone to the reception on each flr by the elevators. The room itself is new and clean. Toilet is separated from the shower. There is a stand shower and bathtub. Breakfast is good at this price point. 7-11 is on the ground flr right next to the hotel entrance.

チェックインのときの説明では、チェックアウトの際何も精算がなければ、指定のボックスにカードキーを入れれば良いという説明を受けた。返却のためボックスのそばまで行きいれようとしたら、どこからか大きな声で「こちらで承ります」との声。自分に言われてるとは気づかなかったが、三度目くらいの声できづく。ボックスにいれないで自分のところに持ってくるようにというフロントにたっている女性のかなり高圧的な声でした。イレギュラーの処理があるなら事前にいっておくべきだし、そうでなければもうすこしちがう声掛けの方法もあっただろうに、帰り際に非常に不快になりました。それまで特に問題もなく気持ちよく過ごしてきたのに、とても残念でした。いれないでほしいならボックスの横で回収すればいいのではないですか。

Came here in the evening, after a long day of walking with our Japanese friends. The place was nicely decorated and provided all the necessary amenities, such as shampoo, soap, yukata, towels (all included in the fee). We loved the open air bath where we could enjoy the Yokohama bay view at night. The sauna was also good to enjoy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

安くて良いですね。バーベキュープラン、フレンチプランで2泊しました、13000円で宿泊できて、何と駐車料金無料。これはありがたい、中華街まで歩いて5分、山下公園まで、5分、港の見える丘は目の前、景色は良いし。宿泊は事前清算で、飲み物や追加料金はチェックアウト時に清算します。車は、土日祝日以外なら、チェックイン前からも駐車料金無料で駐車できます。部屋は昭和の名残が最高ですね。サービス、部屋の調度品を求めるなら不向きです、保養所と割り切り、コスパ重視の人には良いでしょう。
