Amazing waterfall view! Complimentary wine, fruits, and snacks were provided. The first-floor dining area has a beautiful waterfall view. Friendly staff and free railway station pick-up/drop-off service. Highly recommend!

Very poor maintenance and disappointing experience I stayed at this hotel in Furong and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. The property is clearly lacking maintenance and proper care. In the room, several things were not functioning properly: the curtain was broken and did not provide privacy, the sink faucet leaked water onto the floor, and the shower mixer was not working and showed heavy rust. The shampoo and soap dispensers were nearly empty and dirty. The toilet seat was broken, and the metal hooks for hanging clothes were bent and damaged. The trash bin was also in an unhygienic and deteriorated condition. There is no television, only a projector, which did not work. The ventilation/exhaust system was clogged with dirt and not operational. The common areas were also neglected. The patio area showed poor maintenance, with wilted plants, and the stairs were dirty and slippery, which could be unsafe. Although the hotel is well located, it does not offer a view of the waterfall as one might expect. Overall, the property is in need of significant maintenance and improvement. Photos have been included to document all these issues. I would not recommend this hotel until major improvements are made.

This hotel is worth every cent, the rooms are clean and tidy with beautiful decor. It is nicely located close to the entrance of the town and provides an amazing view to the waterfalls. I would totally recommend a visit to this place; The best part was how helpful and attentive the staff is providing ease to schedule transport to and fro the station, notes about the town and helping carry all the luggage

unforgettable direct view of the waterfall. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Special thanks to Mr. XiaoWang, who took care of absolutely everything during our stay and never let us lift a finger — truly like having a personal attendant. The welcome fruit and wine were a very classy touch. Highly recommended.

The view is really amazing, exactly like the photos. The service was the plus: the staff helped us to enter the scenic area with our luggage and go back to the trainstation, and even lent us a umbrella when started raining.

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

The staff is super nice and helpful. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Perfect to enjoy with wine and snacks. Also, the viewing platform is really close to the hotel, which is convenient.

Beautiful location and view. We were picked up at the railway station when we arrived, and we were driven back to the railway when we left.
