"THE BEST OPTION AT FURONG! This is a honest review from someone who is travelling around the world. Even though we are having a very hard time in China with hotels standards, especially if you coming from UK , this hotel its just 10/10 !!! The view is amazing, right front the bridge. During the night makes it spectacular. The room is so far MUCH BETTER and clean than the previous hotel where we stayed. The Bed VERY comfortable!!! Hot water working good, not loud people around so you can definitely relax. The lady who is responsible for the check in/out is so lovely! NOTES: if you will stay here, ( and I really recommend it by the way) send a message to the hotel so they will arrange a pickup for you from the train station! Its much easier as i the town its a bit “hidden “ so can be difficult if you wanna try to find the location by yourself! Its better to ask them to pick up so you dont get lost. Room spacious, clean, comfortable, good view and nice place. And the price is also very reasonable. I do not leave feedback often specially because as I said, we have been in 3 hotels and so far 2 was a nightmare! But thanks God this one saved out trip to China. Well done guys, amazing experience. Thank you SO much."

"This guesthouse has been open for quite a while, and I'd seen many reviews from regular guests before. It boasts the best location in Furong Town for viewing the waterfall and river. This time, after the renovations, my stay was excellent 👍. The staff were also very attentive. The reception area is indeed the location featured in the town's promotional posters, quite iconic. We stayed in a waterfall-view room, which had a great view; the waterfall was beautiful during the day and the night view was lovely. The room facilities were all new, and overall, my stay was very comfortable."

"The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed, we slept really well. The large window also brought in plenty of natural light. The location is excellent, and the staff were very attentive. They even called us in advance to confirm our arrival time and ask if we needed any assistance. Since the hotel is in a pedestrian area, they kindly carried our bags from the car and even took us to the train station. The host gave us tips on what to do in the city and even accompanied us. The hotel also has a private viewpoint overlooking the waterfall. He recommended some restaurants and bars as well, and the one we tried was good."

"The hotel is located not far from Furong Town. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, personally picking us up from the high-speed rail station. We booked Furong Town tickets through the hotel to enjoy a discount, and the owner personally drove us to the scenic area. After watching the evening performance, the owner personally picked us up outside the scenic area and took us to the hotel to rest. The hotel was clean, hygienic, safe, and comfortable; it's a chain hotel with standardized management."

"Very beautiful hostel. I love the Chinese-style architecture, both on the exterior and interior. There is no elevator on the premises, so guests will need to carry their own luggage up to the rooms. During my stay, the driver who picked me up from the railway station kindly helped me carry my luggage, even though he did not have to. I sincerely appreciated the extra effort and excellent service. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable enough for two people. The hostel is also very close to the main attractions, which is definitely a plus point. The owner and staff were all very friendly, and they even sent me off during check-out. Their hospitality was truly appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and will definitely return to this hostel when I visit Furong again."

"Its the best location and that’s the rain reason you stay in this property. Fantastic view over the waterfalls. Rooms are small but have a nice balcony. Amenities are very basic. "I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Furong. From the very beginning, the owner went above and beyond—he reached out to me weeks before my trip, arranged pickup from the train station, and even helped me get my entrance ticket to the ancient town. His level of care and attention truly made the experience seamless and stress-free. During my stay, I could enjoy meals at the restaurant downstairs, which has an incredible view of the waterfall, or have food brought up to my room. My room itself was beautiful—very clean, modern, and featuring a balcony with a stunning waterfall view. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and greeted me warmly every time they saw me, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. On my last day, the owner kindly drove me back to the train station, again free of charge—something I really appreciated. When we got to the train station the housekeeper sent an image of my sunglasses that I had forgotten at the hotel and he even went back to get it, drive back to the train station to return it to me. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel with outstanding service. If I return to Furong, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Location is great and easy check in is very smooth, since they help you getting the tickets to get into the town and offer a free pick up from the station. Hotel is near all the attractions. The room had amazing views, beautiful and very comfortable and a nice balcony. The only thing that I was not happy with, was the heating system. The room was cold. We tried to explained this to the lady at reception, she came to the room and adjusted the settings for a second time but the room never got warm. It would have been good to have an electric heater. They helped us to organised a taxi back to the train station which made it so much easier."
