非常推薦1+3口1室一廳設備非常齊全，還能自己做早飯，在主街上城牆的進出口，周邊環境非常好，也非常乾淨，晚上睡覺很安心，客廳的兩張沙發床稍微需要改進一下，被子有點老舊，廚房的設施非常完善，附近還有Tesco，對門就是葯房還有一直排隊的冰淇淋店。約克不是太大，所有的行程都能步行完成，是我最喜歡的城市。

地點離景點都很近，從車站很多公車都2-3站能到門口，房間乾淨舒適，空間很大。我們在這裏渡過很開心的一天，可惜只待ㄧ個晚上，下次可以待長一點時間。唯一不足應該是完全沒有提供油鹽等料理的調味料。

位置很方便，出門就是約克城牆。肉鋪街，大教堂基本就走10分鐘就到了 臨街但不吵，可以看看街景，還蠻有特色的 工作人員超級熱情友好！ 房間乾淨整潔 但廚房沒有準備鹽胡椒油之類基本的東西，基本我們之前在英國的民宿都有備，所以我們自己沒帶到這邊就有點尷尬了。。。 另外，床真的有點小，單人和雙人都小。真的不懂為什麼英國好多都是這種小床。。。而且單人床晚上翻身會響

酒店位置優越，約克城牆和大教堂近在咫尺。房間別具特色，特別乾淨整潔！ 可以做飯也是亮點，附近有停車場，非常方便！

We stayed at these apartments for my sisters Hen do. I booked this quite last minute and they were great at helping me choose apartments that would work for our group and that they were all in the same building. We were able to leave our bags in one of these rooms until check in, meaning we could enjoy our afternoon without worrying about them. Check in instructions were sent to me by email, they were clear and helped us to have a smooth check in. I couldn’t find one of the apartments as I didn’t realise the door was at the side of the building, so I contacted the team by email and they replied within minutes. We stayed in St Mary’s Keep, Treasures Chamber and Alcuins Abode, all 3 apartments were spotless and well decorated. The location was perfect, we didn’t have to go far to be where we wanted, bars etc. We used St Mary’s Keep for the group to hang out in as it was a great size with plenty of room. I would definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to coming back when I next stay in York!

Decent place maybe when there's actually hot water. There was no hot water and they just said sorry and claimed "they tried". They refused to give us a discount or a night for free. The entire family took cold showers as a result. Maybe if they actually checked every unit beforehand to make sure they're in working order they wouldn't have this issue?? so maybe poorly maintained??

Terrible service. Had no hot water and no one to talk to have it fixed. Was never given any discount or refund for having to endure a cold shower. Service bot system is a waste of time. No one reads the messages to address your queries. Message about getting wifi was left unread by service bot/hotel for more than 23 hrs!

We stayed in Tower Mews in Clifford Street. The appartment was very clean spacious and perfect in every way. Everything we needed for our short stay. 5 star's from booking the appartment directly right through to receiving directions and key code. We have stayed many times in different apartments and wouldn't go anywhere else when in york. Once again you didn't disappoint. 😁👌

Overpriced, uncomfortable and not clean. Dirty carpets and sweets from last occupants. £100 security deposit for a 50 year old couple is an insult. I used to visit these all the time before Covid , apparently they have been refurbished, but all I can see is a few cushions which are new. I won’t return there’s too many nice places in York which are a lot better

Absolutely wonderful room in the top floor of a beautiful old Georgian town house. Views out of the bedroom of the city walls and gates! Couldn’t fault it for cleanliness and customer service. Everything was spotless and it is a really central location with the York Minster only a short walk away! Very happy with our stay here, thank you! ☺️
