Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. My room located at Level 10 with a balcony. Room spacious and very clean. Sunrise can be view right front the balcony. Thank you.

We decided to stay an extra night in Yuanyang, and this hotel was a really good deal during the National Day holiday – they didn't raise prices, the view from the room's balcony was fantastic, and the breakfast rice noodles were excellent! It exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended!

The elderly couple drove to Honghe Hani Resort and found the hotel fantastic. The scenery was beautiful, and the service was attentive and warm. ❤ They offered free photos in Hani ethnic costumes, and there was a bonfire party in the evening 🔥. The facilities were complete, clean, and tidy. They even got a free upgrade and a complimentary bag of red rice. All the scenery on the mountain was beautiful, especially the Azheke Ancient Village – it was amazing! 👍 The family-style restaurant in Hani Town was also fantastic – a big thumbs up! 👍

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, relatively large, and there is an outdoor balcony where you can enjoy the scenery. The surrounding greenery is also good, and the environment is elegant. Catching fish and taking photos in Hani costumes are both good experiences, great!

This is my second stay. The hotel environment is good, the room is nice, the facilities are complete, the view from the 11th floor is great, and it is about 1 km away from the terraced field viewing platform. It is worth staying again.

This stay was absolutely impeccable! From the moment I booked, the customer service patiently answered all my questions, and their attentive service put me at ease. Upon arrival, the doorman warmly greeted me and offered to help with my luggage. The front desk swiftly checked me in and even provided a guide and a custom map of the surrounding area. The room was impeccably clean, the welcome fruit plate was fresh and exquisite, and even the night light was perfectly placed. The dining service was also excellent, with the chef recommending dishes based on my taste buds. The experience was truly captivating! The entire experience was attentive and natural, and every touch exuded professionalism and warmth. Five stars is a must! I would definitely stay here again!

The worst hotel of the entire trip. It was so dirty it was uninhabitable. There were huge bugs on the bed, the whole room smelled damp, the towels were yellow, the toilet paper smelled bad, and the convenience store sold instant noodles for ten yuan. The breakfast was even worse, inedible. There was only a little sauce on the rice bowl, and the only options were corn and eggs. The coffee was also instant. I don't know how this hotel got a four-star rating. You could find a guesthouse in Yuanyang that was a hundred times better.

Our hotel is located in the mountains, and the rooms are indeed damp. We have been working on dehumidification, but due to the climate, we cannot achieve a completely dry environment. We apologize for this. However, each room has an electric blanket and air conditioning. There are indeed many insects on the mountain, and the housekeeping staff cleans the room daily, but the insects still managed to get into the room and startle you. We are truly sorry for that. The towels were yellow, which was indeed an oversight on our part. We will definitely strengthen our training in this area to prevent this from happening again. The toilet paper we ordered did have an odor, which we promptly reported and replaced after discovering it. We will be more rigorous in our procurement of supplies in the future. The instant noodles were indeed 10 yuan a pack, which is a bit pricey, as we source them from a supermarket in town, and the transportation and other costs are relatively high, hence the slightly higher price. For hotels with 5 or more rooms, breakfast is a buffet, including: rice noodles, noodles (with condiments: minced meat sauce, crispy fried dough sticks, peanuts, pickled vegetables, scallions, chives, cilantro, and chili oil), millet porridge, red rice porridge, eggs, steamed buns, corn, sweet potatoes, vegetables, fried rice, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, two types of fruit, two types of bread, tea, soy milk, coffee, and milk. For hotels with fewer than 5 rooms, breakfast is a set menu, including: rice noodles, noodles, eggs, sweet potatoes, corn, steamed buns, bread, fruit, soy milk, tea, coffee, and milk. We will readjust the breakfast menu to ensure all guests have a good meal. Regarding coffee, we have a coffee machine, but it was temporarily unavailable for a few days, so we used instant coffee temporarily. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience this caused and will definitely improve in all aspects in the future. The facilities are probably the best in the area, upscale and welcoming to foreign tourists. The service is average. While the interior is nice, the exterior is in the middle of nowhere, making it difficult to find a meal unless you want to dine at the hotel. The most surprising thing is the breakfast, the worst I've ever had at a hotel. Not only is the quantity limited, just like a two-star hotel, but the quality is also extremely poor.

This was my second stay at the Dream Inn. Everything was excellent. The front desk staff patiently answered our questions. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive to our dining needs. The hotel was quiet at night, and we slept well. We also purchased Yuanyang red rice, and the front desk lady was very helpful with the process. Thank you so much!

The hotel's environment is OK, and the location is a few kilometers away from the Yuanyang Rice Terraces Duoyishu sunrise attraction. The hotel's air conditioning unit is noisy at night. The chicken for breakfast is delicious, but there are a few vegetables!

We promptly upgraded to a sunrise room, which featured a lively bonfire party in the evening. We had a set meal at the hotel that night, which was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was also delicious. It felt like they were trying to provide convenience in the mountains. The wind was strong and the temperature was low in the mountains, but the room was warm. Cleanliness could be improved. P.S. The terraced fields are very weather-sensitive; when we arrived, it was completely foggy.
