A very good stay, that we felt was good value for money. The breakfast is more limited than some similar hotels, but what they did have available was good. Our only issue was that the noise of the lift shaft was irritating in our room (121).

Pretty good new hotel (remodeled). Clean new rooms, we have not noticed smell of paintings on our floor, but windows were opened. Perfect new laundry with brand new washer and dryer.l ($3 each). The only disappointment is the breakfast. Bagels and bread - this is almost everything they have. We also crab yogurts.

The lady at reception made my wife wait while she counted cash - she then gave the couple ahead of us the wrong room key and had to chase after them to give them a correct key card, all while we waited. Our room was cold and the heater only blew cool air and no extra blankets in the room. My wife is a celiac and there was very little she could eat for breakfast - yogurt was gone, no eggs, etc. No coffee maker in the room. Very overpriced!

The hotel is nicely located 10 minutes drive away from the western entrance to Joshua Tree NP. The service is good and prompt but the hotel seems to be a scaled down version of its former self. There are fewer towels in the bayhroom, fewer utensils in the kitchenette, lighter blanket in the bed etc. Overall the place is still comfortable but stays away from luxury.

Comfortable stay for our visit to Yucca Valley. Close proximity to Pioneer Town which was our primary destination to see a concert. Very friendly staff and service. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast amenities but did stop in for coffee. We plan to return for our next visit.

Note that the hotel has changed its name. It is called Spark by hilton on Google Maps. The front desk has poor service awareness. I have already paid in full on Ctrip, and the front desk swiped my card without saying anything. Later, I found that the amount received by the bank text message was in cents. I went to ask the front desk, and they said that their system could not find all the prepayment documents, so they swiped my card directly and asked me to find the agent to get the prepayment back. In addition, my hotel deposit has not been refunded for 5 days since I left the hotel.

The front desk staff is also very nice. The parking lot is large and you can park anywhere. The hotel has breakfast, so you can eat without any problems. The hotel is still under renovation and has not been fully completed. There is a lot of smell of decoration materials inside. It is recommended to wait before checking in.

The hotel is less than 20 minutes' drive from the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, and there is a Walmart supermarket within a few kilometers. The hotel room is a bit old and the air conditioner is noisy. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, they are all delicious and full.

It's not very close to Joshua Tree Park, but the location is good. I trust Best Western very much and I was not disappointed this time.

During the decoration period, the room smelled of chemicals. Maybe it will get better after the decoration. Occasionally, the door handle spring will not rebound abnormally, but the housekeeping reply is that it is normal... Maybe a room at this price is of such quality and cannot be expected. If the price is good and the requirements are not too many, you can consider it. There are gas stations and stores nearby, and there are no homeless people. The security is pretty good.

Large room, comfortable and with everything you need. Just one downside about the breakfast which had very few options.
