房間環境衞生都非常不錯，停車也方便，視野也不錯。空調效果一般，但也能用。早餐除了粉能吃，麪包咬不動，菜也是涼的。前台的經理服務非常好，但是，她旁邊的那個女的，真的，一言難盡，自己搞錯狀況還能理直氣壯的頂撞經理，一副要死不活的表情，搞得我在那裡等半天，經理給我道歉説不好意思搞錯了。她這麼能耐幹嘛不回家當娘娘呢，岳陽這服務也真是跟不上城市宣傳。不過整體上設施硬件還是推薦入住的。

服務：服務非常好，很熱情。雖然一開始有點小誤會，景區不讓車開進去，本來説摩託也行，還是被保安攔下來了。最後老闆還是給我解決了這個問題。住宿過程中出入都有接送，有什麼問題也可以很快解決，服務態度很棒！（還有本地小哥巨能聊，口音很有味道）設施：房子🏠可能有一段時間了，外觀沒有做很好的維護，希望老闆掙錢了能修整修整。內部環境還是很好的，設備都很新，設計也非常好，本來就是去散心度假的，除了隔音效果一般，其他都很不錯。衞生：衞生很乾凈，每天也有人來清潔。被褥毛巾等是集中清潔處理的，不是一家大鍋攪拌，所以整體衞生體驗還是很不錯的。環境：在園區內的民宿，沒有想象中的喧囂，反而很安靜。感覺要看季節過去，秋季大多樹木都黃了，沒有那種一覽無餘的綠。但也別有風味。湖景加綠植，飛個無人機，也很好看！隔壁熊貓世界很近，想看熊貓打卡也很方便！

來岳陽中華大熊貓苑住了兩天這家鉑爾曼。總體非常滿意，酒店挺大的，遠離鬧市區，適合自駕，停車方便，地上地下都有車位。服務熱情周到，沒有因為過年期間人手不夠就降低服務質量，尤其是前台小彭，非常熱心，給她點贊👍酒店早餐也很豐富，白天玩累了晚餐也回酒店吃的自助餐，有海鮮小火鍋、牛排、三文魚、冰淇淋等，性價比很高。作為熊貓迷，以後肯定還會來岳陽看熊貓，下次還會選擇這家酒店的。

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocated near Miluo River for Dragon Boat race. Hotel facilities seem quite old. AC unfortunately didn’t work. Even though windows were closed, mosquitoes were present and kept us awake at night. Mosquitoes are common especially in the summer, but these were particularly a nuisance. The pipe in the bathroom sink leaked and when showering, water would spray outside the shower; perhaps this humid environment led to more mosquitoes.
