酒店的地理位置優越，去巴陵廣場、洞庭湖湖邊、岳陽樓、汴河街都非常近，公交車來回高鐵站也很方便。樓下還有茶顏悦色，吃和玩都很方便……服務也很好，前台小姐姐都很熱情，還給我們發了旅遊攻略，告訴我們哪裡的湘菜好吃，給人賓至如歸的感受。退房的時候也有詢問晚上休息得如何，總之處處都能感受到温暖貼心。房間乾淨舒服，空調智能效果很棒。房間廁所乾濕分離，電動馬桶，還配備了馬桶消毒液，入住體驗感超級棒。不足之處就是隔音效果一般，地處熱鬧方便的地方，晚上會有點吵。比較難得的是酒店可以兩點退房。

到的時候已經八點多了，前台小姐姐幫我們把行李拎到了客房。房間整體比較有古韻，有幾個小細節我覺得非常好，冰櫃裏的飲料：旺仔牛奶、百事可樂和王老吉，喜歡；衞生間做了巧妙的乾濕分離，雖然光線一般，但是黑色很有質感；一次性的牙刷比一般酒店更結實一些，吹風機是戴森？洗浴用品採用的是小罐裝，看起來精緻漂亮，但是使用的時候有點難擠。最好的是服務——我大半夜説自己想吃西瓜，然後就吃到了冰冰涼涼的西瓜，開心。酒店早餐種類不算多，但是湖南米粉讓本人非常滿足，鮮鮮辣辣。走之前，在酒店吃了一餐，小炒黃牛肉很美味。
