The hotel is far from station, but understandable. Unfortunately it is a heavy rainy day, so we didn't have a good experience exploring and moving the luggage. I understand it may be hard, but would be good to arrange transport from and to the station with a active help from the hotel. Anyways, the facilities are clean, 1 private and 1 open air (which actually is also private) is a nice experience.

The room was spacious, with a separate living area, and the overall cleanliness and comfort were excellent. The staff who assisted us were friendly and polite. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Very hospitable stay in a traditional Japanese ryokan. Breakfast and dinner is excellent especially the wagyu beef. Onsen conveniently located in bathroom with view of Mount Yufu, and equipped with retractable blinds.

We requested breakfast at the premise upon arrival and got a reasonable package. Food was excellent.

Very clean and comfort stay! The breakfast and dinner are both great. But the location is quite far from the station and there is not shuttle service. Better to drive there!

A bit far from train station so it’s better to get a cab there. Otherwise, it’s a lovely ryokan. Food is amazing, and private onsen is perfect! Water in onsen is set rather hot, so you need to adjust before you can use the onsen. Love the free flow beer! Can’t wait to go back again soon.

Clean, cozy and spacious place to stay. Close to shopping area. 15-20 minutes walk to Kinrin Lake.

Very nice and warm place

Getting to the hotel from the JR Station is not that convenient. I would recommend taking a taxi from the station if you are not driving. Going to attractions around is not a problem though. It's a small hotel with only a few rooms so it's pretty quiet. The private onsen in the room is excellent, with a curtain for privacy. I like the footbath and the free flow of beer! The good is awesome. I had the best Wagyu beef I have ever tasted. As expected, staff may not speak fluent English but they were all helpful and trying to communicate with us using translation apps. The photo presented to us as we checked out is not something expensive but it's priceless for us to keep the great memory of the excellent stay here.
