Very nice small hotel with private Onsen. Good breakfast and free flow beer. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfort stay! The breakfast and dinner are both great. But the location is quite far from the station and there is not shuttle service. Better to drive there!

A bit far from train station so it’s better to get a cab there. Otherwise, it’s a lovely ryokan. Food is amazing, and private onsen is perfect! Water in onsen is set rather hot, so you need to adjust before you can use the onsen. Love the free flow beer! Can’t wait to go back again soon.

Clean, cozy and spacious place to stay. Close to shopping area. 15-20 minutes walk to Kinrin Lake.

Getting to the hotel from the JR Station is not that convenient. I would recommend taking a taxi from the station if you are not driving. Going to attractions around is not a problem though. It's a small hotel with only a few rooms so it's pretty quiet. The private onsen in the room is excellent, with a curtain for privacy. I like the footbath and the free flow of beer! The good is awesome. I had the best Wagyu beef I have ever tasted. As expected, staff may not speak fluent English but they were all helpful and trying to communicate with us using translation apps. The photo presented to us as we checked out is not something expensive but it's priceless for us to keep the great memory of the excellent stay here.

Short walk to shopping street, the curtain at the hot spring can transform the bath area to indoor/outdoor is a very clever design! Love it!

The experience in this hotel was sooooooooo great. I love the place, the food, the service. everything. Dinning and Breakfast were AWESOME. Better than restaurant I can say that. (the day after, I stayed in Kurokawa area, the place are so specialized in Onsen, but I can say that this hotel do a better meal.) The bath is nice. The staff are so polite. The room size is clean. its size is suitable. there are two TV in the room. You can sleep on the floor, and I think it's even more comfort than on the bed. The size of the hotel is not big. the location is a little away from center but walkable, so it's balance. I'm pleased with everything. and I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was my first time staying in a hotel with two nights and one meal with my girlfriend. The experience was really great. Although the hotel is a little far from the bus station, I suggest taking a taxi to try it (it doesn't cost $1000 Yen) or walking there (it takes about 15 minutes and is easy to find). It is recommended that you go to the supermarket to buy some snacks before checking in, because it is a little far from the hotel. The check-in time is 15:00. If you arrive early, it is recommended to store your luggage first (of course, the staff will help you to enter the room when the time comes, which is very considerate). We arrived early that day and walked around the street near Jinlin Lake. Fortunately, it was Tuesday and there were not many people. We just happened to go to a CAFE store near Jinlin Lake (enjoy the scenery and coffee at the same time!) Then when we checked in, the staff was also very considerate to introduce the room facilities to each of us, and booked dinner and breakfast with them. I didn't expect this kind of enjoyment to be so great! I hope to have the opportunity to stay in this hotel again next time (because this hotel only has 6-7 rooms, so everyone should book quickly!)

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the main street. The road from the station to the hotel is uneven, so it is difficult to drag luggage. The hotel offers free beer and ice bars. The hotel's dinner and breakfast were exquisite and delicious.

There are only tatami chairs in the room, which are really hard for fat people to sit on, but the bath is very comfortable, with a strong smell of hot springs. The room is clean and quite large. The dinner is good, and the sashimi and beef are delicious. There is too much. I didn't eat the ice cream and dessert cake later. My friend said the dessert cream is very delicious. The breakfast is average. It is not far from Kinrin Lake, Fairy Tale Town and Yufuin Station, and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk. This time, it was sunny and snowing at the same time. Kinrin Lake in March is very cold. But it is still very beautiful, the service is OK, but there is no public hot spring pool. The price-performance ratio is high. Last time, another hot spring hotel in Kinrin Lake had a courtyard and a public hot spring, but the price was more than doubled.

The guests in the hotel are all locals. We are the only foreigner couple. The room is very comfortable, the meals are super satisfying, and there is a surprise for dinner. There are free popsicles at the reception, which are good food, and free beer, which is delicious!

It was a great experience. I took my two parents out to soak in the hot springs. There was a private hot spring in the room. The room was clean. I was most satisfied with the dinner. Every dish was very exquisite and tasted very good. The waiters were very nice and you can contact me if you have any questions. They assist. It is not self-driving. It is best to call a taxi because it is quite a distance away. I will definitely stay here again next time.
