Hotel berhampiran Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Yulong

This is a perfect place if you want to see the Yulong mountain up close. No other hotel in the area offers such an experience. Each hut has a terrace facing the highest peak of the Yulong mountain. It's located in a mountain village, far from the tourist spots, yet close enough to get to them within a 10 minute drive. There are all necessary extras like robes, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. the water is hot and with heating on you don't have to worry about the winter cold. There is a restaurant where you can have meals: the BBQ and hot pot were delicious. You will also get breakfast served to your room where you can eat it on the terrace. Staying in such a place is an unforgettable experience!

麗江落地第一站就是這裏啦！意外找酒店的時候發現了這家營地，地理位置優越，離雪山很近，去玉龍雪山就起步價的距離。 坐在小木屋裡就能看到日照金山，晚上還能看星星和流星（但是本人晚上起不來沒看成滿天星星和流星雨太難過了） 點名表揚一下小魏和tony，來的時候是小魏接待的，走的時候是tony送別的，兩個小哥哥人都非常好！營地是石子路一直幫忙提箱子～ 下午茶的餐點和晚上的火鍋都很好吃！奶茶也好喝！可惜沒有定到31號晚上的房間，有歌手唱歌和煙花還有求婚！通過朋友圈看了一下羨慕了一會會！ 下次來還會選擇住這裏體驗～希望二期早點開張！ 最後就是期待未來飲食能更豐富選擇更多一些～

We are so impressed with the service & this place. The location is amazing & they had coffee shop on top of the mountain. They provided free pick up and drop off from Lijiang AND they also gave free ride to the Yulong Snow Mountain. The staffs went above and beyond to help us with everything including booking the cable car ticket. They can speak English which were very helpful as we cannot speak Mandarin. Highly recommend this to everyone!!

The Meteorite Snow Mountain Resort (Rizhao Jinshan Roof View) is one of the newest hotels in Yulong, having opened in 2022. Lijiang Railway Station is located approximately 29km away and Lijiang Sanyi Airport around 49km away. This hotel is located near many of Yulong's attractions including Dragon Lady Lake, Yuhu Village Square and Dongba Wanshenyuan. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

Cozy little boutique hotel with a very convenient location - and lots of tasty restaurants around. The place itself got a chic and trendy aesthetic. It has a more youthful and friendlier vibe compared to most hotels, but still preserve the fantastic service. I am very impressed and the hotel exceed my expectations given its price, so definitely coming back again!

The Dongba Valley· Rizhao Jinshan · Secret Forest · Starry Cabin Resort Hotel is one of the newest hotels in Yulong, having opened in 2023. The hotel is 28km from Lijiang Railway Station and 47km from Lijiang Sanyi Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Lijiang International Paragliding (Yulong Snow Mountain Base) Reception Center, Dongba Valley Scenic Area - Imbalance and Yulong Valley all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

We were initially staying at a large Hyatt brand hotel in Lijiang, and wanted to experience these up and coming boutique, modern style hotels. So my comparison is against the traditional big name hotels with similar price points. Pros: 1. Interesting design, bathroom right by the window 2. Great service, you can contact them easily and they are always free to have a conversation with you 3. Free flow drinks and snacks 4. Free car service to nearby towns 5. Cute open farm where you can feed and play with goats, ponies and even dogs. Cons: 1. Open concept lobby. Was freezing when having my breakfast. 2. Breakfast only starts at 8:30am, with limited options. You don’t get to enjoy the buffet style of large hotels. 3. Had trouble figuring out how to turn on heating, so was absolutely freezing in the room. 4. Room Design didn’t translate into practicality. Didn’t enjoy the open concept toilet. But this is contentious, and really up to individual preference. But I didn’t get the luxury experience I was looking for. 5. Lack of privacy: we booked the room with a large hot tub with Mountain View. However it is also facing the farm and being on the second floor. Anyone can easily look up and see us in the bath tub. While there is no one playing at night, we were only limited to night time baths which was a waste as we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the view in the day time. Overall, while I enjoyed the personalized and impeccable service (comparable to Aman hotels and expensive Maldives resorts), I just feel like the hotel being new, has a few teething issues it needs to resolve. I would argue that it is also an individual’s personal preference. For me, they shared the same price point with the large luxury brands in the area, but I just did not get the luxury experience from the room and hotel’s design. Their room design seem to heavily focus on aesthetics but not really functionality for their guests.

The place was clean and cozy, perfect for families to stay in! It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes from Baisha Old Town! Staff here were really friendly and helpful - always being responsive when we had questions and even went all the way to help us to find private tour guide to Yulong snow mountain. (Plus point: all of the young staff are so polite and always greet us warmly - my parents absolutely LOVED THEM). Their service is definitely one of the reasons we'd love to return!
