3. Very reasonable restaurants, cake shops, dentistry, mini markets and TCM shops are nearby or next to it; great !
4. Foot massage parlor is in-house at the 3rd floor though not experienced.
5. Lounge is large and classy for a 3-star rated hotel.
6. Reception was a poor show ( greetings weren't impressive ) as though motivation was absent.
7. Security wasn't the best, relatively; though can be improved.
8. This room's carpet and sofa smelled badly. Had to change room by re-booking though it should upgrade it for free.

晚上8點多走進酒店客房走廊，不知道是不是新年人少，整個走廊燈光很暗，如果不是跟老公倆個人入住，換成倆個女的，我可能會轉身趕緊走，實在有點可怕。其實如果一起去的人多的話，會感覺很好的，雖然客房裡的裝飾讓人感到很有年代感（喜歡這種年代感的人跳過）周圍環境很美 ，在山莊裡麪。人多的話白天可以去後麪爬爬山，玩玩。早上是來發現陽台門縫有一個青蛙和壁虎
樓棟沒見到有服務人員 ，總枱在比較遠的一棟樓。

空調完全不夠，整晚沒有睡過，將空調温度調落去，但都預設了26度，沒法更改，雖然找了前台同事幫忙在後台調教，但都沒有改善，最後都是問酒店借了一把風扇，才能睡一會兒。酒店服務職員有禮，有積極處理問題，衹不過問題解決不到。

HHar&Har3 families travelled together here and we booked 3 villas with pool. The setting is beautiful though the hotspring water might not be actual hotspring. The restaurant inside the hotel has great foods at reasonable price. Highly recommend to stay in to have a meal.

PPengguna Tetamu每次住酒店都會首選維也納國際酒店，酒店的大堂很大氣，房間衞生很乾凈，住得舒適，前台美女還給我介紹了周邊一家好吃的農家菜餐館叫做唐人食街，一開始聽到還以為是一條美食街呢，原來是一家餐館，我和的朋友們一共有8個人，前台員工還特意幫我們打電話去餐館那邊訂了一間包房，晚上去到那裡，環境很好，菜的味道更加美味，特別是那道鮑汁自製黑豆腐和豆皮羹，真的很好吃，前台還給我們推薦了附近的越王湖公園，公園就在酒店和餐館旁邊，吃完飯就可以去公園那裡散散步，公園的景色很美，空氣很清新，吃完飯之後散散步真的很舒服，這家維也納國際酒店帶給了很好的體驗，如果下次有機會來新興這邊玩，一定還會再次入住，這是我第一次對一家酒店的評價那麼高，而且還點評了這邊多，不過很值得

ZZhi MinHotel was near the busstation of Yunfu which has a direct connection to Guangzhou airport. Additionally, on the first floor there was a restaurant that had great food. The room was very spacious and clean. The check in procedure took longer than normally but that's understandable because of having a foreign passport. Overall it was a great stay and great experience.
