The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. 環境不錯與宣傳視頻一樣。早餐品種不太多但品質很好。服務員都有禮貌。入住去負一有8個池泡剛好預到換水很不錯。（生薑，牛奶。當歸。桂花。。。）有幾個不記得名字了。有幹，濕蒸和石床。幹蒸的星空頂好看。石床沒開。旁邊有紅茶和羅漢果水喝。唯一就是房間裏的衞生間反味。真的太難聞了。還好我定的是複式房。夠大。關起門沒什麼味，但去洗手間就能聞到。希望儘早整改。五樓還有三個池一般晚上開。玩得很開心。二層兩張1.5米並在一起孩子怎麼睡都行。旁邊有個功能房可以打麻將。一樓大床房的床還是軟了點，對於睡慣硬床的我不怎麼習慣。整體來説還是不錯的。

在網上訂了一間大床房拿來婚房，然後打電話到前台詢問可不可以幫忙佈置一下，後來前台小姐姐推薦我們補錢升級了一個兩房一廳的套房，客房阿姨還幫忙佈置婚房，新娘出嫁的房間還鋪了一床紅色的床單被套，真的是用心滿滿啊。房間的客廳很寬敞，客房阿姨貼了一個大大的囍字在客廳的牆上，拍照嘎嘎出片，超級滿意，性價比還高。

Definitely a 5 star experience From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors. Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered. There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel. Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !! No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

第一次和家人們住這間酒店，我們訂的是2房1廳。前台幫我們升級了湖景房，環境非常舒服，山上空氣清新。收拾房間的姨姨亦非常有禮貌。 可能由於新年關係，早餐非常多人，食物質素只能用「可以吃飽」來形容，畢竟山上選擇較少。 酒店餐廳類別較少，建議自行準備食物到酒店，如果住3日2夜的話，餐廳種類不多。 整體來說，酒店地理位置非常舒服，適合個人放鬆，吸收森林負離子的地方。但整體餐飲配套可以再多元化一點，以便吸引遊客再來。
