直接説住房體驗就一個差評。1.服務跟衞生，床品都不錯。
2.但是隔音也太差了，大早上邊上裝修啥的這個可能店家不可控的因素先不説，一大早6點水泵就開始發出很響的聲音，隔音也不行，走廊説話房間裏聽的一清二楚。作為一個平常300-400/週末400-500的民宿這樣的一個條件讓人覺得不值，完全睡不好。旁邊開元也就貴個100多塊錢。老闆倒是挺實誠，也就直接説院子不夠大，要是院子夠大把水泵放遠點就會好很多，條件不允許，我呵呵一笑。
早上早飯除了粥都是冷透的，明明知道客人不可能同一時間起床為啥不搞個保温設備，都這個價格了這種早餐體驗讓人很不爽

整體還是滿意的。剛到的時候有點不開心，住在北樓，南樓辦理入住，因為沒有提前告知，帶着娃大包小包趕來趕去，還要爬樓梯，也沒人幫忙，加上開車的疲勞，整個人都不開心了。不過後來的服務，扭轉了這個壞印象。可以說有求必應，前台和後勤服務還是很不錯的。娃美美地泡了個澡，給她用絲瓜絡擦背，很舒服。在陽台泡一壺茶，悠哉悠哉。贈送的水果有楊梅，酸酸甜甜太好吃了，今年的第一口楊梅是默憩給的。晚上的燒烤，因為手藝不精，有些烤焦了。由於酒店推出了各種燒烤套餐，有點混亂，少給了兩葷兩素，提出來后給補了三葷，建議準備食材時核實清楚顧客的套餐內容。第二天的早餐還行，不算很豐盛，基礎自助餐吧。早上開小黃車沿村莊轉了一圈，環山繞水，風景秀麗。下午延遲了退房，孩子練完硬筆字後退房去白水沖瀑布撈魚玩水。非常充實的一天。下次等秋高氣爽或冬雪皚皚再來玩。

房間很大 其實是兩張大床 夠四個人睡了
老闆人真的特別好 想煮熱紅酒 給我們卡式爐；看到院裏的橘子樹 給我們竹竿讓我們摘（橘子超級甜 還不忘給我們帶回家）；想喝咖啡 提供我們手沖的所有工具
還有很重要的是 飯菜很好吃！土雞湯！豆苗！黃鱔！芹菜豆腐乾！油燜筍！每道都很好吃！比馬路上那家鳳嫂農家樂好吃多了！

民宿在山上路邊，距離四明山觀景台比較近，可以看日落，如果有雲海那肯定很美，民宿門口也可以停車。另外我定的是竹林聽雨房，其實是在一樓的，訊息裏面寫的是2樓，雖然有窗户，但窗外就是馬路有點吵，一樓好像衹有一間房，建議大家定其他房間吧，其他都不錯，有早飯有歡迎水果，老闆娘也很熱情，推薦入住。再提個意見……房間最好放張桌子，東西實在是沒地方放……

第一次來四明山遊玩，很幸運，能結緣於善28。
從四明湖出發，路況很好，一個個小村，茶園稻田白牆，半小時左右就到了耕讀村。
於善28座落在村頭，官家早早在酒店前的停車場等候。幫忙提行李、辦入住。一進門，心裏就“wow”，這可不是普通的民宿裝修呢！簡直就是一個精品酒店。
大堂連着一樓餐廳，落地大玻璃，直麪大草坪與山景。房間夠大、挑高，獨立的陽台，隨時親近自然。智能馬桶、appelles精油洗浴用品、軟硬適中的床墊，都踩中喜好。比很多星級酒店還舒適。
大草坪和遠山渾然一體，帳篷中圍爐煮茶，從藍天白雲到夕陽彩霞；晚上燒烤喝酒，星空皎月下哼哼歌，在大草原也不過如此吧。
可惜此行衹有兩人，沒享用三樓酒吧和卡拉ok。天涼了，泳池也衹能待下回體驗。
若呼朋喚友，組個團，一定更有趣。

非常棒的書院酒店。景色一流，書院本身就是一處園林景觀，後山花園景色優美；房間舒適乾淨，非常寬敞，配有書桌和筆墨，文化氛圍很濃；房間內還細心準備了雨傘，正好遇到雨天用上了。停車很方便，早餐和當地的糕點也不錯。美中不足，窗户防噪不好，我們住的衞生間有積水漏水問題，希望改正。今後還會帶家人再來。

從寧波會杭臨時找的地方，本想去山頂看日落，可惜還是錯過了。
上山的路很繞，慢慢開，注意安全，路上景色不錯，有一大片竹林，一個水庫，還有山上引流下來的甘泉，好多人拿大桶接水，水超級涼快，而且很清澈。
山上風景還可以，夜間很美，晚上9點多就很多星星，很喜歡這種滿天繁星的感覺。有2條小道，但是生態太好了，不敢走遠，早上往後山散步碰到了一條小小的蛇，還好是個蛇寶寶，趕緊開溜了。
房子是木頭的，蚊蟲確實多，衞生呢不能要求太高，我反正還可以接受。
總體還是不錯的，更適合人多一起來玩

這個民宿原先是個收繭站，佔地面積不小，看得出用心設計了，從庭院到大廳，都精心佈置了一番，很巧妙的將精緻與自然融合在一起。民宿老闆和老闆娘熱情好客，服務周到，同時還能讓人感覺很自在。孩子在民宿的兩天，體驗了自製青團、篝火晚會，擼了可愛的貓咪也品嚐了美味的糕點。是個值得推薦給朋友的美麗民宿。

PPengguna Tetamu這次出差換了家酒店攜程上看點評挑了這家，攜程誠不欺我，酒店不錯的位置很好找，停車方便的很，我停在地下室了，酒店還準備了電車充電樁，真的是細節很到位，大堂還算寬敞吧，天冷還準備了熱茶，前台服務員挺熱心的，看我頭一回來給我升級了房型，落地窗視野真的很棒，坐在窗前曬着太陽辦公很nice。房間衞生做的挺好的，床品很舒服，枕頭默認的是高枕，我跟前台吐槽後她給我送了一個記憶棉枕頭，怪不好意思的。早餐沒去吃不知道是不是和評論相符，下次來了一定去嘗試一下。

SSimon JohnThe service was outstanding. The owner contacted us in person before the visit to help with buying resort tickets and check the pandemic regulations. She arranged delicious food for all meals, even when it was outside normal meal times. The rooms were extremely clean and all the facilities you need. It's a great place to stay and very convenient for walking up to the Sky bridge and surrounding areas.The owner has a good range of rooms on offer. The village is a beautiful traditional village and the people super-friendly regardless of whether you are foreign or Chinese. It was a fantastic weekend and everything I hoped for and more.

ZZH_DxBGreat location, bang in the centre of the town. The hotel is a bit dated, but carries its pedigree with grace. themed with all the old archeological history of the Yuyao town, it like living in a mini musuem.
Breakfast lacks international fare, but that is expected at the moment from most hotels in China, i guess it will get better as the international visitors start travelling more to China.

Just an hour drive from Ningbo airport, its a Beautiful journey up and between mountains, rivers and scarily brave drivers.
The hotel itself feels like a fairytale, think Tree house with all the Technology you need in 2022.
The staff is super friendly and helpful and breakfast is pretty tasty, with options most hotels dont have.
2kilometers down the road, is the village that has incredible culture, wonderful water features and nature on nature on nature! Village people are curious and open to talking and accomodating visitors....
bring loads of snacks, coz there arent any convenient stores close by, and the restaurant has specific times for meals. and things can be a lil expensive.
be prepared to walk and take plenty of pics...

3374ren過年帶長者小孩來玩，酒店位置好，風景秀麗，不擁擠，停車方便，總體入住的體驗也很好。因為過年，晚上酒店還有煙花觀賞，臨走還有心意小禮品贈送。
前台和服務人員都是年青人，服務意識好。
就餐在酒店內解決，餐飲色香味俱全，挺好的。
早餐簡單，但搭配很好，也很乾凈。

PPengguna Tetamu是一直以來信賴的維也納，餘姚這家唯一的店，門樓氣派，大廳優雅加上淡淡的香薰，給人感覺很好，停車很方便寬敞大，停車場衞生也很乾凈，主要去吃飯也很方便，前台這邊告知前面紅綠燈🚥右轉有條小巷子穿過去就是一條美食街，晚上這裏真的很熱鬧，酒店工作人員也很熱情，👍🏻！

PPengguna TetamuThe air conditioning did not work. I stayed for two night and it was too hot and moreover no AC.
After too much request they promised it will work 2nd night but it didn’t worked and have to sleep without air conditioning.
It was a good hotel earlier but I won’t recommend anyone to stay here now.

The woman on the front desk was very helpful. Unfortunately the room smelled a lot like cigarette. The breakfast can be taken in a neighborhood restaurant. It is Asian Cuisine.

FFireSHotel was situation inside a village park with nice waterfalls. It is a great place to hike and we managed to swim inside one of the waterfalls when the guards were not watching. We went with 5 other families and rented the entire villa. Rooms were very basic but clean. Breakfast was very simple, prepared by the hotel in our own private dining room. We had the chance to bbq and cook ourselves in the hotel. The kitchen was complete with every cutleries, tools and pots.
Pets were also allowed at ¥50 each one time cleaning fees. We brought dogs, rabbits and birds and they too had a great time socializing. Recommend to go with big group of friends or families and especially for families with dogs.
