Wir haben verschiedene Unterkünfte in Zagreb ausprobiert, aber das neueröffnete art‘otel Zagreb hat uns am besten gefallen. Es hat eine tolle, umhüllende Atmosphäre, auch dank der Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und Präsens des Personals. Ein gelungenes Gestaltungskonzept - eine raffinierte Mischung von Design und Kunst -durchzieht konsequent das gesamte Hotel. Auch die Zimmer und Badezimmer (!). Einfach Super! Das reiche und frische Frühstücksbuffet, ergänzt durch ein Extramenü, ist toll angerichtet und wirklich sehr lecker. Zur Entspannung gibt es einen Spabereich mit Sauna und Pool ( den wir mehrmals genutzt haben ) und die Bar. Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. In Kürze gibt es auch ein vielversprechendes Restaurant und eine Rooftop-Bar mit Blick auf Zagreb. Wie freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Ich kenne das Hotel schon seit vielen, vielen Jahren, seit sicherlich 2005 und habe dort sicherlich schon einige Dutzend Mal genächtigt. Zuletzt vor etwa 2 Jahren. Aber so abgewohnt wie das Hotel heute ist, verdientes nicht mehr den Namen WestIn, denn es entspricht nicht dem hohen Niveau, welches mit dem Namen Marriott verbunden ist. Als sogenannter ”Prefered Guest” wird mir nicht, so wie üblich beim Einchecken die Creditkarten Sicherheit abverlangt, nein, es wurde der Sicherstellunsgbetrag gleich in voller Höhe abgebucht. Beim Check-out wurde der gesamte Rechnungsbetrag nochmals in kompletter Höhe abgebucht. Erst nach vehementer Reklamation wurde mir der Sicherstellungsbetrag wieder gutgeschrieben. So ein (schlechtes) Service habe ich noch in keinem Hotel erlebt und schon gar nicht bei Starwoods- Marriott, wo ich bereits mehr als 200 Buchungen hatte. Das Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer mehr als abgewohnt. Allein die Kleiderbügel würden in einem 3* Hotel bereits im Abfall landen. Auch mit der Sicherheit nimmt man es in diesem Haus nicht sehr ernst. Der Aufzug kann von Jedermann benutz werden. Es wird keine Zimmerkarte abverlangt. Somit kann jeder von der öffentlichen Garage bis zu jedem einzelnem Stockwerk ungesehen die Etagen aufsuchen und hat freien Zugang zu allen Zimmen. Meim Wunsch, ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Altstadt wurde auch nicht entsprochen. Somit ist für mich alles klar. Ich werde nie mehr im Westin Zagreb nächtigen. Sicherheit Null und abgewohnt mit Investment Stau.

Jadran is centrally located so walking to many restaurants and sites is practical. Also, the tram system runs by the front door and stops are close by. Rooms are OK, clean and relatively convenient. The elevator is ancient and slow. If someone fails to close the door completely, your room is converted to a 5th floor walk up until the situation is corrected. Breakfast is adequate but not really worth its cost. The staff is friendly and helpful. Limited parking is available on premises and essential if you are driving.

I recommend this hotel as it is very well placed to wander around Zagreb. It is clean, very good breakfast and the staff not just friendly but very helpful. When you have had a wonderful holiday it is always easy to write a good review but my review is based upon yes a lovely holiday but it had to be cut short by five days - I got quite ill and had to return to London. The response by staff could not have been better or more kind. Not only did they help me get organised to leave but they also waived the cost of the 5 days. They did not have to do this but chose to help and support me. So I cannot speak more highly of this Hotel and its staff. And thank them so very much for making this difficult time more manageable fr me. So this review in not simple about the physical attributes of this very well placed hotel but evolves from the leadership and priorities of the Hotel and staff to fundamentally serve its customers. The best thing about this hostel is the price. Staff were nice and cooperative. Location (in terms of distance to attractions) is also good as it is a few minutes walk of the main square, While the location of the hostel itself to be reached is confusing as the hostel is located inside a closed compound-like building/blocks with the only entry/exit from the compound is far in front of the reception of the hostel with no signs in the main road/street or the exterior of the compound to show the direction to the hostel! Disliked: I stayed in a 4-bed room. My room had a 2 separate beds and 1 bunk bed. My bed was the upper bunk bed and unlike the rest of the beds, I didn't have my own power outlet near to my head and I had to use the one below the level of my bed. This was annoying and I couldn't use my mobile while charging it because the power slot was far. Men toilets were OK but the showers were not! There was no single wall hanger/hook to hang your towel and clothes while taking a shower and no shelf to keep your toiletries on while showering! Only one small split AC unit in the room which was not effective in that very hot weather of July 2022!

Emplacement central donnant sur la place principale, proche des lieux emblématiques de la ville haute de Zagreb. Le bâtiment n’est pas très engageant mais les 6 chambres proposées qui se trouvent au troisième étage, sont modernes, très confortables et hyper bien insonorisées. Après 15h il n’y a pas d’accueil, n’ayez aucune inquiétude, on reçoit 24h avant un Sms et un mail expliquant comment accéder de manière autonome à sa chambre. C’est hyper clair, il suffit de suivre les étapes. Une cuisine commune donne accès à des fruits, des biscuits et des boissons chaudes à toutes heures. L’hôtesse se charge du petit-déjeuner, il est simple mais complet avec du salé, du sucré et un excellent jus de pomme fermier. Idéal pour visiter Zagreb!

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!

위치는 좋았습니다. 호텔 문 앞까지 차량이 들어갈 수는 없었지만, 아주 근처에서 내릴 수 있어서 짐을 옮기는데 어렵지는 않았습니다. early check-in이 당연하게 가능했고, 기본 옵션인 호텔 조식이 매우 훌륭했습니다. 다만 신관이 아닌 건물을 배정받았는데(레스토랑 건물), 낡은 느낌이 있었고, 냉장고에 미니바가 매우 많았지만 냉장고가 작동하지 않았습니다.

Good location close to the main square and large shady park. It's a very busy street but this room was on the back side and quiet, they may not even have any rooms on the street side. This was a private room with a double bed and shared bath. Shared bath was small where the sink is but shower is roomy. Always was clean, and shared by only a couple of rooms. Didn't see the dorm rooms. There are also private rooms with private bath offered. At the time of this visit an organized breakfast wasn't offered but cold cereal and fruit was available 24/7 in the common kitchen, and instant coffee 24/7. The espresso machine required a staff member to operate and the desk isn't staffed except during the day generally. There's a sitting area with couch and chair and a dining area with tables and chairs. There was no air conditioner in this room and it was unusually hot in Zagreb during the stay. At night with the windows open it was comfortable, but very warm otherwise in the room during the day. Very nice owners.
