坐在床上看大海，全新的酒店，面面俱到的 设施，就算你不記得帶上薄膜享受浴缸泡浴，淋浴的大熱水也令人盡興。希臘式的早餐極為豐盛，我們怎麼樣也吃不完，特別是那煎蛋多士，鮮榨橙汁，舉世無雙。

Very nice and small hotel All personal is very friendly and you can see how eant to help you in any situation The food was very good in the morning and mixed. Hotel is not old With new tehnology usb and a aplication on the phone for easy comunication. It is very close the beach , in few steps you are in water All the restaurant and the port/ harbour is nearby

We stayed in 108 an executive spacious room. Walk in shower - very well done. Very comfortable bed and good pillows No pool but beach 2 mins away but pebbles so need shoes and hotel dies not provide towels. The hotel told us to walk a little further and we found a much nicer beach - only 5 mins walk. Also had excelled wifi on the beach. Must not drink the water - hotel provides drinking water for the first night only, subsequent nights you must buy your own. TV but only Greek channels nothing else Wifi free but tends to be slow and weak. Hotel said they thought it had been upgraded but are also frustrated and constantly calling their service providers. Breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and good coffee. Staff wonderful and gave us some good restaurant recommendations- food surprisingly v good! They were a bit mean on tissues though and had to ask for a top up and was given a small wad to stuff into the tissue box! Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

A new hotel in town of Zakynthos in front of the sea and a few seconds from the centre of town ( by foot). Excellent rooms ,exciting perfum and smells everywhere,all over the hotel!!!!! Moreover a very clean accomodation with minimal and beautiful decoration. The breakfast was delicious and the best coffe that i;ve ever had in hotel. The staff was gently and i would really like to stay there again and again.

Went to Bitzaro for the 3rd time on 13th September along with friends. We got a taxi from the airport (€35 for a mini bus) and were there in less than 10 mins. Check in was fairly smooth, we paid the €15 to use the safe for a week. Hotel tax was about €11. We were in room 207 On the middle floor looking towards the pool. The twin room was just as nice as we remembered it, clean with plenty of space for the two of us. Beds were comfy, and the cleaner did a fab job with fresh towels every 2 days. We had an issue with little flies in the bathroom. I did alert the evening receptionist to this who kindly gave me some bug spray. Which fixed the issue for the next 12 hours. Mentioned it again and they’d run out of the spray. Mentioned it again 3rd day of bugs) and was told maybe they were there all the time and i hadn’t noticed when I killed the first 9, every time we went into the bathroom we disposed of at least 5. By our 5th day someone had put a white powder down the drain in the floor and they had gone from there onwards. Also. No milk in the rooms but tea and coffee were available. We bought our own from the shop at the end of the street but found it odd. Could buy water from the day bar (the restaurant bar but accessed through a side door) €2 for 6 1.5ltr bottles. We were 2 hours late in checking in but the staff had put some food in the room as we had missed the evening meal. Which was a really nice touch. The hotel itself had received some refurbishment since we last visited in September 2019. The building has had a lick of paint, so has the restaurant, and both look very smart. The building itself has had the metal fences removed and blocked off with bricks with can make the balconies feel a touch claustrophobic. But we didn’t spend much time on ours. The pool is where the major work has been carried out. It’s been re tiled and modernised, and the steps in have been made bigger. The biggest change is the jacuzzi. They’ve blocked off the old one and built a new larger one into the main pool. This wasn’t separately heated but did warm quicker than the rest of the pool as was shallower. The only grumble we had was that the decking around the pool was tired and uneven in places. But you can’t have everything. The bean bags around the pool are a nice touch. The towel situation on a morning is the same as everywhere else. Signs up saying not before 9 but then people were out with towels and back in bed by 8. We did find places for us, but was difficult some days as there were 5 of us. The food was great. Loads of selection on a morning from cooked breakfast to continental to fruit to yoghurts and muffins. Lunch and dinner there was plenty of selections and show cooking some evening. We never went hungry. And the snack bar was mainly burger/hotdog/fish finger and chips but there was ice creams and a few desserts to help yourself to. Highly recommended !!! The hotel is clean, modern and breakfast was fresh and absolute yummy. Beach was directly in front of you. Crystal clear water just 1 minute away . City Center and Harbour was 5 min Walk away. The hotel is perfect located. Free Parking spots are directly infringe of the hotel. There is also a private parking space of the hotel. Absolute Highlight was the staff. They were so lovely and helpful 24/7 . The service was stunning. They are real magician. They could organize everything you need and more. Spontaneous Boat Tour, car rental, taxi, hair stylist etc. everything was so easy and comfortable. Perfect

This hotel was immaculate! When we arrived initially there was some mix up with the rooms but because of the inconvenience Angélique managed to sort this out and even upgraded us. The breakfast in bed was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean. The support from staff at all times was so useful and they provided so much insight on travelling in Greece. If we ever travel back to Greece we will come here again.
