Before my first visit to Zakopane l did a lot of research on the area and its hotels and chose to book a 7-night stay at this hotel. It's in a quiet location and walking distance to Krupowki Street the main shopping and restaurant area, the train station, bus station where l also got a bus to Morskie Oko. On arrival l was Luckly to receive a free room upgrade after mentioning l had problems communicating with the hotel prior to my arrival and was given a room with a balcony and a view of the mountains which l was not disappointed with. Could not fault the room in anyway a very comfortable large double bed with great amenities and kitchenette plus the room was well maintain on my stay by the cleaning staff. Breakfast was included in my booking which was convenient and offered many different choices. Could not fault the service l received from the front desk staff and really appreciate all their help they gave me to enjoy my stay in Zakopane.

Stayed for 3 nights on our first trip to Zakopane and loved this hotel! Very high standards for the price you pay (we found it very very reasonable!!). Our room was nice, the bathroom/shower was huge and bed very comfy. The pool area was nice but quite cold! Overall decor of the hotel was very nice, but agree with some of the previous reviews that there's not much of a lobby/reception area to sit but didn't really bother us. Can't comment on the restaurant that much as we chose to ate out, but we enjoyed breakfast! The breakfast buffet had a lot of Polish offerings if you wanted to try, but can order a la carte items from a menu which were really nice - would recommend the French Toast! Great location to walk into the centre of Zakopane (took approx 10 mins) and great to come back into the warmth after being out in the snow all day! Would definitely come back to this hotel if we return to Zakopane again.

Piękny hotel w super lokalizacji. Pyszne jedzenie i bardzo miła obsługa.

To było jedno z najgorszych doświadczeń hotelowych w całym moim życiu. Tłok, hałas i wątpliwa jakość. Jedyne co było ok to bardzo uprzejmy personel i lokalizacja. Do Kuźnic idzie się 15-20 minut, a i pod nosem jest dużo szlaków. Wiec to jest ok. I jest bardzo fajna siłownia! Nie jest to obiekt do wypoczywania. Jest to obiekt do pochwalenia się w social mediach- co widać na basenie. Jak ktoś chce odpocząć to nawet obok jest mały hotel z bardzo dobrą kuchnią, albo jak koniecznie chcesz spać w Nosalowym, to wybierz Nosalowy Park w centrum miasta. Następnym razem wybierzemy inny obiekt.

A memorable experience! Walkable distance from city center. You can get transport for famous places from there. Beautiful and huge park near by as well. Western and english breakfast with lots of varieties. Special counter for kids! Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable. Perfect gateway for family, friends and couple. I will definitely visit again. Few suggestions: Pre book thermal bath and breakfast to save some bucks! Indian restaurant nearby!

A very inviting hotel with an interesting history. We went in December 2023 with Zakopane covered in powder snow, which made the hotel look like a fairytale castle. The rooms are nice and well-equipped (water heater, instant coffee, tea bags and courtesy bottled water). We did not use the spa and the restaurant, so no comment on this. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. You can reach many interesting spots in town walking (train and bus station are located at a 5-min-walk). Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Hotel jest bardzo ładny, pokój świetnie zaprojektowany i wykończony, obsługa miła, jedzenie dobre, widać że wszystko jest przemyślane. Super lokalizacja naprzeciwko szkoły narciarskiej, bardzo fajny teren hotelu dookoła. Jednak nie pasuje mi kilka rzeczy: nieczytelne oznaczenie - przechodząc łącznikiem z 1 piętra znajdujemy się na 3cim. Nie odśnieżano wystarczająco dobrze terenu parkingu, ani wyjazdu z hotelu do ulicy, droga jest wąska, chodzi tamtędy non stop mnóstwo narciarzy bo nawet nie wiedzą że z drugiej strony części *** hotelu też jest przejście i tamują ruch. Wyjazd przez kilka dni nie został dobrze odśnieżony, również okolica przed wejściem głównym do hotelu nie była odśniezona przez jakiś czas i moje auto pływało tam sobie w śniegu. Miejsca parkingowe zasypane tak że pick up z napędem 4x4 miał problem żeby zaparkować, nikt nie zatrudnił obsługi do odśnieżania miejsc parkingowych ani nawet nie porozstawiał łopat żeby każdy sam sobie odśnieżył teren wokół auta. Powietrze w pokoju bardzo suche co jest częste w hotelach ale kilma była zepsuta. Część restauracyjna super, brakowało mi jedynie mleka bez laktozy i roślinnego do wyboru. Dość mała część spa jak na tyle osób i jedna sauna zupełnie nieoznaczona, naewt nie wiadomo czy to sauna? Jednak hotel bardzo mi się podobał i na pewno jeszcze wrócę :D
