Hotel berhampiran Terraza, Zapopan

I have stayed here for a week at a time about every 8 weeks since the hotel opened. It took a while to get running smoothly but now is an excellent hotel. Service is very high overall. Food is excellent and overall healthier than the surrounding hotels. Close alternatives for food at the office building next door or some smaller cafes in neighborhood behind the hotel. The suites are live and a great bathroom. These are the only rooms that have a bathtub. The corner rooms are a bit smaller and I prefer a regular room instead of the upgrade to a corner room. One complaint is the air conditioning units can be a little loud so best to run them constantly for background noise. Pool is a bit odd as it does not have many lounge chairs if you want to just lounge and lay out in sun. Exec lounge has great service now with bartender always interested in making unique drinks.

The hotel was new and modern. The rooftop garden was very nice. We could relax there and had a panoramic view of the city. Across the street and within walking distance we found a few restaurants. Breakfast was simple but okay: some sweet bread/pastry, eggs made to order, coffee/tea, juice was usually a fruit juice like orange, and a ”jugo verde” - basically a ”green juice” of vegetables and fruits. Also some cereals and yoghurts. The breakfast menu mentioned fresh fruits but on the first morning there wasn't any until we were just leaving. Nothing at all the second morning when we started breakfast later at 8am. The coffee on the second day was just warm so I had to ask for a new cup. Since we made the reservation through ***********, I had written a similar review at their website.

Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road. Last time we were in 23rd floor was great. The pillows this time was very small and uncomfortable too. I recommend asking customer which floor they prefer and informing about noise level. Maybe better and bigger pillows should be put in use.

I recently stayed at Dali plaza and had a mixed experience. I booked a room with a city view online, but upon arrival, I was given a room without the promised view. It was disappointing to not get what I expected, especially on the first night. Fortunately, the hotel corrected the issue for the second night, and I finally got the room with the city view I had booked. While I appreciate the resolution, it would have been better if I had received the correct room from the start.

The hotel is in a nice location, the rooms are clean and big, but especially the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, Victor in the restaurant section will help you in every way, even the orders that are not on the menu will come from the kitchen immediately. I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially Victor. Otel konum olarak güzel yerde, odalar temiz ve büyük ama özellikle otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü, Restaurant bölümünde Victor size her şekilde yardımcı olacaktır, menüde olmayan siparişleri bile hemen mutfaktan hazırlayıp gelecektir. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool and rooftop are gorgeous, with stunning views of the city. The view wasn’t much on our side, just a wall.. but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The location is absolutely fantastic, being just a 5 minute walk from the historic Guadalajara cathedral! The staff were helpful and polite - Would recommend to any friend to stay here!

Desde el primer y hasta el último momento el personal demostró la mejor actitud, si el hotel no tenía algo a su alcance los chicos de bellboy iban a mitad de la noche con toda la actitud del mundo y lo conseguían en la tienda. El Sr. Martín maletero gracias por su ayuda en la habitación y la srita Victoria de recepción muy agradecido con ella por apoyarme a realizar un pequeño detalle de cumpleaños a mi novia.

I normally enjoy staying at AC Hotels b/c the experience is consistent, straight forward, and worth the price. I was disappointed when I checked in at 10PM to find my room not furnished with ear swabs/cotton pads, a soap dish, nor the complimentary water bottles. I requested water via the app, and it took over an hour to be brought to my room. The room also had significant wear and tear. The power outlets next to the bed were too worn to support any plugs. The outlets were too loose and plugs would fall out as soon as they were plugged in. The USB outlets next to the bed didn't work, and one of the USB outlets was completely gutted. When I sat down on the edge of the bed, I immediately sunk to the bottom, which indicated broken mattress springs. Luckily the rest of the king bed was in-tact. AC Hotels use Korres products. The hand soap, lotion, and conditioner in the room were in fact Korres, but the shampoo and body wash were not. The difference was obvious--the smell of Korres product is very distinct and white, and the shampoo and body wash were orange and smelled like peach. This made me distrustful of the property that they would mislabel bottles and put adulterated product advertised as something else. I was hoping it was just the bottles in my room. The housekeeping was inconsistent and baffling. I returned at the end of the first day to see that the room was cleaned, bed made, and trash emptied, but the washcloth and hand soap that were provided the first night were not replaced. I then requested via the app a 1) dental kit 2) comb 3) shower cap 4) hand soap and 5) washcloth. But what was delivered to my room was a 6) hand towel 7) shampoo 8) conditioner and 9) body wash. None of what I requested. With the additional shampoo and body wash, I confirmed that the pink, peach product was also in the separate bottles. Some pros were that they were able to keep me in the same room across my two reservations, and the high-floor room had good noise isolation. The property is directly next to the Plaza del Sol, so shopping and running errands was a very easy walk over. I submitted the feedback directly to the property at the end of my stay, and the manager promptly responded apologizing for my experience and said they deposited goodwill Bonvoy points into my account. It's been seven days and the supposed points still haven't appeared in my account.

Hay un bar con Terrazas cruzando la calle, la música se escucha hasta la madrugada. Muy difícil descansar así. Deberías traer tapones para los oídos si quieres usar este hotel. El área de alberca y gimnasio sin pequeñas pero prácticas. Toallas a disposición, buen servicio, y alberca con calefacción!!! El desayuno es básico pero aceptable. Los hot cakes se acabaron a temprano y ya no tenían para preparar más. Tache. La ubicación muy buena.
