Hotel dengan WiFi di Zaragoza

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location was incredible - around 5 mins from ‘el tubo’ tonnes of amazing different local tapas restaurants. Room was comfy, clean, had a big door you could look out over the street Would come again :)

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights this June. The hotel has a pleasing design and style. The reception and check-in - very smooth and friendly. All staff seems well used to also communicate in English, this makes everything easier for non Spanish speaking visitors. Our room on the 7th. floor was nicely laid out and served us well. The pool area on the roof was also quite nice. A small point here where improvement is possible: Pool towels, currently, when asking you are directed down to the reception. This seems very odd indeed. Why not just stack towels somewhere near the pool? (Or supply them with the room?) A better solution is certainly needed. The WIFI works OK, but a future upgrade to deliver a bit more performance will be appreciated by many guests. The breakfast is a fairly standard buffet style, but absolutely quite OK. The dining restaurant is very nice, suitable for a bit formal dining. We tried it twice, very good service and very good food! Somehow, they need more guests - the quality and the moderate price deserve it.

La calefacción incluso apagada en nuestra habitación, estaba muy fuerte en todo el edificio. En recepción en el check out se equivocaron y nos cobraron la habitación, cuando ya estaba pagada, rectificaron cuando se lo comunicamos y nos hicieron la devolución rápidamente. Hotel cómodo y tranquilo.

The state of the entire place gives the unpleasant impression the hotel is about to close down for good. It all is very tired and little welcoming. Nothing has been thought or designed to make travellers comfortable and it looks like management have not spent any money in recent years in this property to improve or even maintain the property to 4 star standards. On the positive side, we booked a suite and it was well worth it. Huge floor to ceiling windows affording great 180° views and a sense of space that made us pleasantly surprised every moment we entrered our room. However, the furniture in the room was completely obsolete. Bed and mattress were from another age, the armchair by the table had no cushion material, bathroom had a 80s design and I can go on like this for every single piece of furniture. On top of this, the large windows had obviously not be washed from the outside for months and were outrageously dirty. Breakfast was a good experience though. The restaurant looked more like a cheap, ageing cafeteria but the food / choice / selection / quality were all above average (except coffee). Great eggs upon order etc. The team for breakfast was massively understaffed but they did a fantastic job / refilled in due time and always with a smile. As a conclusion, I can easily understand the poor ratings of this hotel on TA and other booking sites. I trust our suite made the major difference as it was amazing to have all this space and panoramic views after a busy day (even though I am still shocked by how muddy windows were). But for those looking for service, design and warmth, I'd suggest to book somewhere else ...

Very good for position and for travelling around Zaragoza. Busses pass many times during the day and even evening. Amazing customer service and Room. Amazing! Big, so comfortable, and an amazing bathroom. For breakfast you can find sweets and salad plates, nothing special but continental breakfast ok. Not all the staff speak English, but the Receptionst yes so you can have good conversations for your need. Suggested if you have to stay in Zaragoza just a few days.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Zaragoza las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y de muy buena calidad.

This hotel is a three star and situated right in the centre of town. It is 5 minute walk to the main square and surrounded by shops, bars and tapas restaurants. The reception staff are helpful and we were able to park our car in a public facility at a reduced rate. We had a quad room that was clean and generally well appointed. Breakfast was ok but items that ran out were not replaced leaving options a little lacking. For the price this is a good hotel in a central location.

Es la primera vez que nos alojamos en éste hotel. Aunque a primera vista, este un loco lejos de la ciudad, es ideal para poder estar tranquilos. El chico que estaba en recepción nos atendió muy amablemente. La habitación era muy amplia. Estaba muy bien equipada. Me sorprendió mucho la zona de estar, con una mesa, dos sillas, una nevera amplia, y una zona para cocinar con microondas, vitrocerámica, y una pila. Por otro lado la cama muy grande y cómoda. En cuanto al armario: aunque parece un poco pequeño, la habitación cuenta con muchos cajones para guardar ropa, calzado, etc. Lo único, que solo había 3 perchas para colgar ropa. Y en el baño, me pareció un gran detalle que los dispensadores de gel, champú, jabón de manos, etc, estuvieran colgados en la pared. Un gran acierto. Repetiremos sin dudas!

Un buen hotel, a unos 10 minutos andandl de la Basílica del Pilar. Tiene una estética años 70 y unos buenos servicios para la clientela. Las habitaciones muy amplias.

Perfect stop off whilst travelling in Spain. Easy to find, great parking, clean spacious well appointed rooms. A great bar and restaurant offering breakfast and dinner. We have tried other hotels around Zaragoza but this one is bar far the best value combined with comfort and good amenities.
