Hotel Salzburger Hof Zauchensee

Exacly what you expect from your holiday = location near to slopes (30 m), accomodation and service super, board perfect. Staff is multinational and very firendly. Good for familly with children in many age ranges. Equiped = fitness and indoor swimming pool appreciated.

We were a group of 13 friends and stayed there for a week. We had a fantastic time; good food, good wine and great skiing. We even got to go on a ski trip with Sebastian, the owner. Very personal service and lovely accommodations. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel but it does have a big problem with drinks availability that urgently needs to be addressed. Water is never replenished in the room and there are no coffee/tea facilities at all. Even at the afternoon ‘tea’ which is included, no ‘tea’ is actually included! We are here at the moment and i just went to try and replenish our water for our room from the restaurant. I saw some tea bags which I assumed were for guests and was shouted at by one of the waitresses for taking it and was told I was strictly only allowed the teabag at breakfast! She was very rude to me in front of my children but also it just seems ridiculous on a skiing holiday that it is that difficult to have a cup of mint tea or some water. I wouldn’t normally care about things like this on a holiday as there are clearly more important things, but it has had a really negative impact on our holiday. The rest of the holiday has been good. This is not a luxury hotel but it is in a great location and most of the staff are absolutely lovely. We also love the sky spa on the top floor. A couple of other issues - we ordered a good bottle of red wine which was accidentally put in ice making it cold and undrinkable. We waited half an hour for someone to say something and eventually had to ask for someone to help us with this. We were also served a beef carpaccio which was still actually frozen (obviously not defrosted properly) they replaced it but we were quite surprised to see we were given no discount or apology for this. This was one of those holidays where we arrived and thought it was just fantastic but as the week has gone on we have really seen that there are issues. I’ve given it 4 stars as I acknowledge that this is a very inexpensive hotel and they are doing their best. There are some great elements - but ultimately, you just want to be able to make a cup of tea sometimes without being shouted at!

Alles harmonisch abgestimmt, keine Massenabfertigung. Sauber, freundlich, lecker. Für Groß und Klein was dabei. Wohlfühlen ist ganz hoch gesetzt!! Großes Lob an die Perle des Kosmetik Bereiches. Sowie dem ganzen Küchenteam! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder

Wij geven dit hotel een dikke tien. Het was super service en het culinaire verraste ons steeds weer. Locatie aan de piste en vlakbij de lift is een opsteker. Het hotel ligt naast de sportwinkel (intersport) waar alles te huur is voor een goede skivakantie. Ook ligt dit hotel aan de piste en vlakbij de lift.

Wir kommen bereits seit über 8 Jahren in dieses Hotel und sind bereits das 13. Mal hier. Es ist einfach perfekt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wenn ich hier die negativen Kommentare lese bezüglich "ausländischen" Akzent und dass man den Wünschen nicht entspricht, muss ich das einfach richtig stellen. Wir sind schon so lange Gäste hier und ein Großteil des Personals ist schon seit dem 1. Tag hier. Ich würde sagen das spricht wohl für den Gastgeber, dass hier das Arbeitsklima passt. Und die Mitarbeiter verstehen sehr gut deutsch. Wir hatten noch nie Probleme. Und sind wir doch froh über ausländisches Personal. Es werden wohl kaum Hotels und Gastronomiebetriebe ohne überleben können. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich und werden jeden Tag gereinigt und liebevoll wieder auf Vordermann gebracht. Wir habe immer die Suite Bergzauber A und ist für und als 5 köpfige Familie perfekt. Die Wellnessanlage und der Pool sind toll und die Ruheräume im 5. Stock mit Blickrichtung auf die Skipiste sind das absolute Highlight. Das Frühstücksangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Omlett und Spiegelei werden frisch zubereitet. Bei der Nachmittagsjause gibt's auch immer pikant und etwas Süßes zum Auswählen. Und das Abendessen ist auch top! 5 gängiges Menü mit 3 verschiedenen Hauptgängen zur Auswahl. Einmal in der Woche ein Galadinner. Die Kids haben ein extra Kinderbuffet wo es JEDEN TAG etwas anderes gibt. Da haben wir schon andere Hotels erlebt wo es jeden Tag Nudeln oder Schnitzel zur Auswahl gab. Ein Lob auch an die Kinderbetreuung die sich sehr viel Mühe gibt und wo sich unsere Kids wirklich rund um wohlfühlen. Ich wüsste nichts negatives zu berichten. Ein Lob an die Gastgeberfamilie und wir kommen sicher wieder 😉

Sehr gute Zimmer mit separaten WC. Sehr freundliche und behilfliche Personal. Alles sehr gut und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Die Piste ist neben dem Hotel. Das Schiraum ist großartig mit genügend Platz und bequeme sitzen fürs an und ausziehen von den Schischuhen.

Ein super Hotel für Familien! Es wird sehr viel Liebe ins Detail gelegt und das gesamte Team ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und professionell! Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und die Kinderbetreuerin ist mit ganzem Herzen dabei. Auch die Aufenthaltsräume lassen die Kinderaugen strahlen. Die Lage und die Zimmer sind top, das Essen erstklassig und die Ausstattung sehr modern, gemütlich und edel. Ein großes Lob auch an das gesamte Team! Ihr macht alle einen super Job und wir kommen gerne wieder!
