The hotel is beautiful with stunning views. The rooms are clean and conveniently located near the train station, making travel easy. The staff are courteous, and the breakfast is delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ’—

Very convenient to train station; Fruitful breakfast with special tea time for holiday; But it is disappointed that we canโ€™t see Matterhorn directly as sunrise. Have self laundry service

Overall experience is good. Through we did not get the ideal room (high floor) due to full booking, we got a bigger room on the first floor. Cleanliness and location was great, walkable to the train station and it was accessible to the main street. Amenities were good - kettle was provided to boil hot water, tv could login to your own netflix account, there was tea time provided at 4pm daily.

Best hotel in this trip! Very close to train station and hotel room is new and clean. Restaurants are around. Very nice stay and will definitely come back when visiting Zermatt again.

Very near railway station. Got webcams showing current scenes of mountain tops etc. Spacious room. Bathroom is huge, but paradoxically, nowhere to put your clothes.

Very comfortable and clean room..nice view..and breakfast so delicious..near to zermatt station..1-2 minutes walking distance..near to shop and coop..if u want to go to Matterhorn view point-u can stay here..near to the train station

Excellent hotel close to the train station. Wonderful helpful staff. A hearty breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Big, spacious rooms with private balcony for you to enjoy unblocked mountain views. Breakfast was great, check-in was a little late at 3pm though.

clean and cozy room with a nice spacious balcony. balcony had a good view of the mountain in the distance but nothing wow. breakfast buffet is normal. they offer free beverages and some snacks during tea time. Location is very convenient, just 5 mins walk away from Zermatt train station.
