The front desk staff at this hotel provided terrible service. They took days to issue an invoice. They had no sense of service at all, never acknowledged their own mistakes, and never offered a single apology. Compared to other hotels, the service was worlds apart... Speechless 😑

The front desk was very dirty and the room had a musty smell. You can experience it yourself. Thanks! Note that you have to park underground, and the front desk did not remind you. A parking fee of 20 was charged at the entrance.

The location is very good, next to the pedestrian street, very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. I checked in during holidays, and there were a lot of people. The front desk and room service were very good. The hotel breakfast room was being renovated, and the aunt delivered breakfast to the room. I guess there were a lot of people, so the delivery time was a little later than the time I agreed. I called the front desk and the aunt delivered it quickly, which was great! The hotel has a free underground parking lot. I arrived late and it was full, so the security guard let me park at the hotel entrance. The parking fee was waived when I checked out, which was very thoughtful.
