For a 4 night stay, I was satisfied. There were some foreigners who stated too and I was not surprised because the family who iwns the hotel were so accommodating and very patient to do translation to have a conversation. From service, room, location, simple breakfast but food for the room rate. O would say all is okay. I booked this hotel due to the good reviews I saw online and they were true.

I absolutely loved staying here. I wish I could stay even longer. It was a very comfortable, very cozy, and truly pleasant stay for 4 nights. I have traveled to 21 countries, and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The decor and the ambiance is solid throughout every inch of the hotel. They put a lot of thought and care into the layout and decorations, and it's stunning. My room had a cozy little balcony too which was perfect for relaxing after hiking around the Zhangjiajie National Park all day. But the staff are what make this hotel truly exceptional. Every single staff member was genuinely kind and wanted to help me with everything. They reached out to me several days prior to my arrival to get my arrival details so that they could pick me up from the airport, free of charge. Every day they provided breakfast at a time of my choosing (scheduled in advance of the next day), and allowed me to select menu options. They offer both Western and Chinese breakfast options. Every day they also brought me snacks and tea. They were always genuinely happy to see me and to help me with anything. A good example: on my last day I was heading out to the nearest ”Busy for You” to get some snacks for the train the next day, and it was raining a little. I didn't mind since the walk wasn't far, but one of the young gentlemen working there ran after me to hand me an umbrella. They genuinely care for their guests. They offer free laundry service which I recommend. My clothes came back clean and in perfect condition. The restaurant is by reservation only, so please schedule dinner with them in advance if you would like to eat there. Didi had no trouble picking up or dropping off at the hotel. The Tianmen Cabelway Station is about a 15 minute walk away. The 72 Wonder Tower is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. I had originally considered staying closer to the Zhangjiajie National Park, to be able to get there quicker and avoid lines. However, I am so glad I stayed here. There is more food and things available in town than in/closer to the park. I took a Didi from the hotel around 6:45am to the park. It took about 45 minutes with a slow Didi driver lol, and I didn't have any issues with lines. (Zhangjiajie East Gate, week of Sept 12). I absolutely loved staying here. I wish I could stay even longer. I definitely recommend staying here!
