Ulasan Country Garden Phoenix Hotel

When we first arrived we were amazed by how clean and big the lobby was, our room also exceeded our expectations. We had a nice view of the mountains and is was very large! We got fresh towels everyday.  I also want to specifically thank the lobby manager Wendy for making our stay special. She helped us with planning many activities in the area around Zhangjiajie, it made getting tickets super easy because she could get them for us. She spoke very good english, so everything was smooth :) I would definitely come back!

The hotel is good for me . And Wendy provide me a very good service . Go to the city and the measure attraction 20mins-30mins drive time . Just the area not so many restaurants choices. Overall hotel service let me feels very warm .

The hotel is beautiful, with a European-style architectural design. The room's heating was excellent, allowing for a very good night's rest, and the hot water temperature was comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great, and the service was also very good.

We stayed in the forest suite with view for 1 night. We had a lovely stay from start to finish with the help of Andy ! He was very accommodating by organising transfers to the airport, translation when ordering food and organising our massage. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed during our stay but the suite was lovely with a bath overlooking the stunning scenery. Would recommend.

We're here on our honeymoon. It's great to know Wendy. She is very warm-hearted. She always pays attention to us and our feelings and lives. She provides us with necessary supplies and travel precautions. Thanks again to Wendy.❤️❤️❤️

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The outdoor terrace, in particular, offered breathtaking views of the picturesque mountains and lush vegetation, which was incredibly refreshing! The breakfast spread was exceptionally rich and delicious, truly living up to its reputation as a top hotel breakfast. It provided us tourists with the necessary energy for hiking and exploring Zhangjiajie (food options on the mountain are limited and pricey)!

The front desk lady, Wendy, was amazing she helped plan our trip and made it as smooth as possible. She was willing to help and answer all our questions. The hotel was in a great location for visiting both popular parks.

This place completely blew me away! It's a stunning reminder of the grandeur and extravagance of the real estate boom back in the day. A huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading my room during such a busy season – everything was perfect. For this price, at this location, and at this time of year, it's the absolute best choice for a road trip.

This hotel is amazing! The room decor is cozy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there's a stunning night view outside the window. The hotel service is super attentive, breakfast is rich and varied, and there's even a gym. I fell in love with it after just one stay!

The rooms are a bit dated and the facilities are showing their age, but they're quite spacious. I'd recommend it for its good value, especially if you're visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park as it's pretty close. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

This was a wonderful resort to stay at for a family of four visiting Zhangjiajie. It’s in the middle of both the forest park and tianmen mountain. For those of you who don’t speak Chinese, Wendy goes out of her way to help guests. This was the first resort to call me to schedule our pickup time from the high speed rail station! This was very nice. Highly recommend this old Italian themed resort.

My first time travel for soo faar away in China, so of course that was trembling from the beginning, but fortunately We've discovered this hotel with the most professional staff in service, even in English speaker by the name of "Wendy"! She has very attractive energy, afterwards You'll experience the most comfort feelings during whole Your staying time in this hotel)

The hotel environment is excellent. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. All the staff were very dedicated, quick to resolve issues, and truly put themselves in the guests' shoes. A huge thank you to Ms. Xiang Xuan, the assistant front desk manager, for the VIP-level treatment from check-in to check-out. She answered every question and provided extremely thoughtful service. Her every action exuded professionalism and warmth, leaving a deep impression. I'd also like to thank Ms. Hu Wenwen for her warm greetings, which felt as gentle and comforting as a spring breeze, making us feel right at home. It was a very satisfying stay, and I truly felt the warmth of home here. It's an ideal place for both business trips and leisure travel. Staying at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel Zhangjiajie provided not just a comfortable and pleasant experience, but also a taste of local life!

The room was well-equipped, and the decor had a luxurious feel. The bathroom features a bathtub, and bathrobes were provided in the wardrobe. However, I have a significant concern about the bathtub's cleanliness. We're unsure if it's regularly disinfected. Even after a quick rinse, my child developed red spots on their legs after using it yesterday. An adult subsequently used it and also got red spots, which strongly points to a hygiene issue with the tub. On a positive note, the front desk service was excellent. The staff proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and services and even suggested adding their WeChat for travel-related updates. The front desk also kindly provided a complimentary room upgrade, which included a balcony and a significantly larger room. The hotel breakfast was quite abundant with a wide variety of options. The restaurant area was spacious, providing a very pleasant dining experience. Bellhops were on hand at the entrance to offer guidance, which saved a lot of hassle.
