Friendly staff, nice clean and spacious 4 bed dorm with aircon. Just bring soap. Very convenient location for bus station and Tianmen mountain cable car, lots of shops nearby too.

Cool place to stay. I just stayed 1 night and it was good, it was clean, close to the bus station and to the tianmen mountain. I reccomend it..

Very cute and helpful welcome message! The place is a long bus ride from ZJJ-West, walking distance from Tianmen Mountain entrance and ZJJ central bus station where buses to ZJJ national park depart [though I'd recommend staying in Wulingyuan if you are visiting the ZJJ national parks]. Bathroom has toilet paper but no soap. Hot water after a while. The heater blows directly on the top bunk, while the lower bunk and the room itself stay very cold. The blankets are warm. Restaurants are nearby.

This place is pretty good! It's super clean, and the owner is really nice. I actually relied on the owner's recommendations and explored the forest park by myself for two days. They even treated me to some local food, which was absolutely delicious! The location is a bit out of the city center but quite close to a bus stop.

This hostel was quite an odd experience. I only stayed one night but for my entire stay I didn't see a single other person in the building, no other guests but also noone at the reception, not for check-in, not for check-out, not when I collected my luggage in the evening after visiting Tianmenshan. The owner left my key at the front desk and was very easy to contact via the trip chat however, so it wasn't a problem. There are no lockers at all and the top bunks don't have plug sockets or curtains. There are no individual lights for the beds either and the matresses are quite noisy. All of this wasn't a problem for me, since I was the only one in my room and had a bottom bunk. I also didn't find any towels. Overall the whole place isn't really set up like your usual hostel, but more like a hotel with bunk beds so you can sell them as shared rooms. It was completely fine for one night but I would imagine that this isn't the most comfortable place to stay for longer, especially during high season

We truly appreciate it.Regarding the creaking noise from the bed, upon inspection, we found that a beam under the bed was loose. After reinforcement, the noise has been significantly reduced.Currently, it is the off-season for tourism in Zhangjiajie, so there are fewer tourists. On the night you checked in, you were the only male guest staying, which is why you felt like you were the only one there.There is indeed a power outlet on the upper bunk, but we haven’t installed a curtain for it yet. This is because the upper bunks have a relatively low occupancy rate—we only assign upper bunks when all the lower bunks are fully booked. I originally planned to retrofit the power outlets for all beds this year, which led us to put the curtain installation on hold temporarily, but we will definitely get this done within the year.Please note that our property does not provide complimentary toiletries, as stated in our listing description.Thank you again for your valuable suggestions.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time experiencing all the wonders of Zhangjiajie from this very affordable, perfectly located hostel (Bus station to anywhere, the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car and city are within a short walking distance). The host was very friendly and helpful via wechat about any questions i had. I stayed in Winter so it was very quiet, but i didnt mind. The last night a friendly dutch traveler was also there and good company. The AC was working well to keep the room comfortable.

I had a really nice stay here and everything was super clean! The room had enough space so I could even do my morning yoga routine. You had free drinking water, both hot and cold, and you could also wash your laundry for free! So I really had everything I needed. And I also got many travel tips, including with bus and tour recommendations. The location was good as well. I went up to tianmen mountain one day and could walk in 15 minutes to the lower cableway station. A lot of restaurant were around the corner and shopping markets were also not far away. To Wulinguyan national park it took a bit longer, but there was a direct bus from the central bus station, which you can reach in about 10 minutes from the hostel. Thank you for everything!

Very good hostel. The dorm is spacious, the bed is confortable and everything is so clean. Good location, with restauranta and groceries nearby and at walking distance to the cable car and bus station. But the best was the staff, very thoughtful ans frendly. They patiently gave me all the information I needed to go to Tianmen and the National Park. I would stay here again and reccomend

It is located 10 min away from main train station and from bus station which is nice but it is a bit far from some other atractions. It is a place you can meet new people which is also pretty nice!

Excellent hostel! Convenient location, close to the central bus station and bus stops, cable car within walking distance, grocery stores nearby. The hostel is very clean and cozy, has everything you need, beds with curtains, universal sockets in sufficient quantity. Downstairs at the reception there is a kettle and a cooler with water. Very nice responsive administrator! Helped with any questions, wrote how to get to the forest park, and described the routes through the park

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Very detailed notes from the host on how to get around the city and attractions. The environment was very clean and well maintained for a hostel with facilities that were tidy and comfortable throughout my stay. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby,
