The family room was really spacious, which was a big plus. The underground parking was very convenient for us since we were driving. The front desk service was also great; they contacted us well in advance to give us some important information. They mentioned that the family room might be a bit noisy since it faced the street, but it was actually fine, not particularly loud at all. I really enjoyed the breakfast; they had both Chinese and Western options. I stayed for three nights and had the braised beef rice noodles every morning – they were incredibly delicious! 😆 The bread with jam was also good. Zhangjiajie was a lot of fun. If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay at Orange Hotel again to explore the rest of the sights.

Orange Hotel is consistently comfortable, as always. The hygiene is excellent, and they even provide silent earplugs. What I particularly like is their help with booking tickets and offering travel plan suggestions, which feels like having a butler in a high-end hotel.

Not far from the Landmark Gate (East Gate), about 1.3 km, but still a bit of a walk! The room hygiene and other aspects were decent!

Traveling with my family this summer, including young children and seniors, the hotel was clean and the service was excellent. The only downside was that our family room faced the street and was a bit noisy. We stayed for two nights and I forgot about the check-out time. When the front desk called me, I was out and couldn't get back immediately, but they graciously extended our check-out for free. The hotel is very close to Dongmen, but quite a distance from Nanmen, about a 40-minute taxi ride.

The room was spotless and incredibly spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Zhangjiajie's mountains. It also came with a laundry room and breakfast area, making daily life very convenient. Plus, it's just a 15-minute walk to the attractions.

On the day of check-out, the front desk attendant was super nice and gave us water and gummies. We stayed for two days, and the experience was good. The location is about a three-minute drive from Dongmen, or a 10+ minute walk. To save energy, we took a taxi.

The room was great, quiet, and odorless. The service was excellent. There's free self-service laundry and a gym on the first floor. It's close to the East Gate of Forest Park, the Romance Park, and the Xiangxi Mansion attraction. Breakfast is served on the 4th floor.

The room amenities all have an orange scent, and it's very clean. The family room is perfect for a family of three. It's convenient for shopping and dining right outside, and a taxi to the scenic spots is only 6-8 yuan.

This hotel is incredibly convenient; it's just a 5-minute taxi ride to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The hotel's decor and design are very comfortable, and it's spotlessly clean. Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very close to Zhangjiajie East Gate, about a ten-minute walk. There are many restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for dining out. Highly recommended !

The facilities are modern, simple yet sophisticated, with everything you need. The Orange theme runs through the shampoo and toothpaste, which is a nice touch. Most of the front desk staff are young, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. What touched us most was that we were going hiking in the forest park and just asked the staff to help dry our clothes and put them in a bag. To our surprise, when we went to pick them up, the staff had not only collected our clothes but also neatly folded them and placed them in the bag for us! It was so heartwarming! Environment: Very close to Zhangjiajie East Gate, about a ten-minute walk. There are many restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for dining out.
