Ulasan Eryatou Inn (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park)

Very spacious and clean room. Doorstep to night market with lots of street food and restaurant. 3 mins walk to entrance of national forest. Highly recommended!

Pls see my previous review. The place is so great that I extended 1 more night. And they were helpful to accommodate as the room that we wanted was booked by other guests. Luckily they helped to do some swapping so that we can stay in the same room for 1 more night. 赞赞赞！

Eryatou Inn near Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is a great budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer excellent value for the price. The staff are wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant stay near the park!

Excellent stay at Eryatou Inn! The location is very convenient — a quick walk to the west entrance of Zhangjiajie park and right next to a night market where lots of stalls are selling food (our favorite was a steak stall that served steak, pasta, egg, and a drink for 19.9rmb right in front towards the left facing away from the inn). The hosts were so kind and helpful, helping us plan our days at the park depending on weather, and inviting us to eat sweet potatoes and drink tea in the afternoon/evenings with other guests. They also helped us book our park ticket package and the theatre performance at a discount. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and shower was hot and had good pressure. Excellent value for the stay, we would stay again if we are ever in the area again!

Location: Great. It is located in the midway between Wulingyuan bus station and Zhangjiajie-Wulingyuan gate which can reach by walk Service: They are really nice and helpful. They can help booking the Zhangjiajie ticket with discount (advance booking), gave me a map and guided/planned the route in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Room: Clean and nice.

Location is good near the Wulingyuan National Park East entrance. The hotel owners are very friendly. They also help us purchase tickets for the attractions. Outside the hotel there's night market. Many things to eat. We had a great stay there.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in this comfortable hotel with leisure sightseeing to the various attractions or sightseeing spots. The sisters owner were very helpful especially the youngest sister, Chai Chai who has helped us a lot in booking our entrance tickets to the various sightseeing places & providing useful information for our daily itinerary.  Patiently explaining to us the route in each attraction.  She’s a superb “tour consultant” with free service. Night stall foods are available every night in front of the Inn. Self-service laundry is available for our use.

The hotel is very nice and just next to the national forest Park. You only need 5 minutes to walk there and start your wonderful journey. There are a lot of places to eat and tasty street food in the night market. But the best is Cai Cai she helped us so much. Thanks to her we could enjoy a perfect journey at the national park and the grand canyon. Thanks again!

The inn and all the girls working there are just amazing. If you read this, don’t hesitate-this is your absolutely perfect stay. Tastefully designed,fresh,clean,spacious,comfortable.Street food, restaurants (Chinese cuisine), convenience stores etc. a stone’s throw away. Thank you very much for our unforgettable days with you,it wouldn’t be the same without your assistance and support. It’s a pity we continue our travel and the inn doesn’t go with us🤣 all our thanks and love to you!

The boss lady and the staffs are really nice. They help me book the Zhangjiajie admission ticket, plan my visit route. The room was clean, the night market in the front, you can get some food and eat at the table in front of hotel.

We loved our stay at Eryatou Inn. The staff at the facility, especially 蔡蔡 （Tsai Tsai), are very welcoming and open to help you with any questions/concerns you have with your stay. Tsai Tsai went above and beyond - she helped us ship out a box, watched our belongings, taught us how to order waimai (take outs), and helped us order our train tickets to our next stop. The inn is at an excellent location - only 5min walk from the park East gate. Right outside the inn, there is a small night market, with lots of other restaurants/stalls and massage spots in the vicinity. Also, there’s no need to fret prior to the trip, because the ladies at the inn are ready to show you upon your arrival the best routes for the park. They have discounted prices for the park, Grand Canyon, Baofeng Lake, etc. Really wished we had known this prior to the trip!!! Will definitely miss this friendly spot and highly highly highly recommend to everyone for their stay at Wulingyuan!

We had a great stay at Eryatou hotel. 5min of walk away from the park entrance, lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, giving us recommendations on the best park routes and arranging a delivery of our luggage all the way to the train station. Would totally recommend, and stay there again in the future

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was a 5 minute walk to the bus we had to take for the Avatar Mountains and there were plenty of restaurants on that street with food and other stalls coming out at night. The staff were a great help as we contacted them prior arriving and they helped us buy tickets for many tourist sites we were going to at a local price. They also explained which route would be the best for us and major sites in the Avatar Mountains. The suite itself was clean and spacious! Overall, this was a great hotel!
