Wonderful stay! Everyone was really kind, organized both our airport pickup and the drop off back to the city for free (which we did not expect). And most importantly, spent time to design a one day itinerary for us so we could see the best parts of the park with limited time. The place is only a 5-10 minute walk to the entrance which was awesome! They also kindly upgraded us to the 360 degree view room, which was incredible. I posted the view from the terrace, really lovely to wake up to this view every morning. The one thing I would say is bring an eye mask. With all the lovely big windows it does get pretty bright early in the morning. It didn't bother us since we had to wake up early to visit the park. Overall I'd say it was perfect and pretty much everything we could've wanted

The room had two large beds, perfect for a family of four. It was spacious with high ceilings and a balcony. The air conditioning worked great, making it very comfortable. The service was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. There were also plenty of dining options right outside the hotel. Plus, they offer airport shuttle service, which is a huge bonus! Just a heads-up for anyone visiting the scenic area: make sure to book your entry time in advance. The hotel is super convenient, just a three-minute walk to the middle gate.

We chose this hotel primarily for its fantastic location, and in that regard it didn't disappoint. You can easily walk to the main park entrance, and taking a taxi to the South and East gates is just as quick and convenient. We also really appreciated the welcome at the train station and the transfer service — it was a nice, stress-free start to our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself falls short in a few key areas. The biggest downside is the housekeeping. The cleaning was very superficial, both in our room and in the common areas, which just didn't feel fresh. On top of that, the hotel is showing its age everywhere you look — worn-out equipment, scuffs on the walls, chips in the furniture, and general signs of wear and tear. It’s clear that a renovation is long overdue. If you’re just looking for a convenient place to sleep and won’t be spending much time indoors, it works. But if cleanliness and modern facilities are important to you, I’d look elsewhere until they update the place.

The hotel is located inside the valley , just 6 min walking to the SE entrance odf Zhingjiajie National Park. Was pleasant to stay in a quite area. DIDI is easy to use to travel around. The hotel front desk was very efficient. They also contact me in advance, too reserve an airport up and after some suggestions I decide to let book for me the park entrance and Tianmen mountain. The bed were super comfortable and there is also a pool to enjoy sunset . Highly recommend for hiking lover, Wulingyuan or Zhangjiajie offer better options for dinner out.

Very close to the South Gate of the Park! Staff were very helpful. Gorgeous view of the mountains from bed and the balcony. Unbeatable price! If you want to have the best pork belly of your life and hear the greatest musician in China play, head across the street to the restaurant there.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with planning activities and handling bookings. They were consistently responsive to all our enquiries, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The location was exactly as described—peacefully situated near the forest, offering a relaxing and natural setting. One area for improvement would be the availability of more vegetarian-friendly food options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book here again when revisiting the area.

Highly recommended. There will be staff to pick you up at the station. The front desk is very friendly and will provide route planning and introductions to local attractions. The view from the room is amazing. You can also enjoy local specialty tea and the view in the room. I will choose this place again next time.

Very close to the middle gate of the Avatar mountain. The people running the place are very nice. Beautiful scenery of the mountain from our room.and many cute restaurants around to eat at night too. A calm and peaceful place. It was even easy to get there from Zhangjiajie city by Didi. Very good if you want to visit The Avatar mountain(but not from the main entrance of the park though).

An absolutely fantastic experience, five stars all the way! The location is superb, surrounded by lush green mountains and crystal-clear water, and the air is so fresh it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was stylish, and opening the curtains revealed a stunning view. The service truly deserves special mention; the front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and polite, and they were very quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast was also delicious and varied.

This was one of the most pleasant stays I had in the first half of my trip. If you want to explore Zhangjiajie forest park, this is the place to stay. They take care of all accommodations for you, and give you a comprehensive list of activities to choose from that they will book for you. The view from the room was absolutely insane and there is even a pool table in the hall. I had a bad experience with some Russians in this hotel over a laundry dispute, but that’s just how they are and that was in no way the hotels fault. I also feel the need to mention the blueberries from the welcome fruit, they were phenomenal and I look for them everywhere.

Location was great and the staff were super helpful in the lead up to the trip, helping to organise park tickets and transfers. However, the restaurant and breakfast really lets the resort down, there wasn’t enough seats in the restaurant for breakfast, the options weren’t great and they weren’t helpful at all with dietary requirements, even suggesting that we should find somewhere else to stay.

Your description genuinely concerns us. Before your check-in, when you informed us of the severity of your allergy, we actually suggested that you consider staying at a five-star hotel. This suggestion was made entirely out of consideration for your well-being, hoping to offer you more options, a richer breakfast selection, and a better overall experience at a larger hotel. Our restaurant and breakfast have satisfied the vast majority of guests from all over the world (including those with certain special dietary requirements), and many have expressed their satisfaction, as reflected in previous guest reviews. We always try our best to accommodate our guests’ various needs, but we are not capable of everything. Given the serious nature of your allergy, we would not dare to casually provide you with any food — it is something you must consider and decide for yourself: what you can and cannot eat. We sincerely hope you have a happier and more pleasant journey in China!!!

Very close to the South Gate, the room was spacious with two comfortable 1.5-meter beds, and all the facilities felt quite upscale. The window overlooked the pool, and in the morning, I woke up to a stunning view of misty mountains and the cheerful chirping of birds – truly an ideal vacation spot. The service was excellent too; they even drove us to the high-speed train station.
