The location is convenient as there are simple eateries around here. The boss and family here provides good service as he personally sees to all requests and ensures great satisfaction. Also he can arrange all visits to Zhangjiajie, including arranging a tourist guide, all at a very much lower rate.He even arranged a taxi to ferry us to the high speed railway station. The view faces the mountain and cable cars in the background. Recommend this wonderful and great service hotel.

Excellent service, excellent view to tianmen mountain, especially the owner is so friendly, and help you in booking and guide you . Very neat and clean bathroom. It’s really good for families and friends. Best hotel in zhangjiajie . Walkable distance from bus station, tianmen cable station.

Absolutely recommended guys! The hotel is so nice to pick us up at the station and then guides us through great tips to go to 天门山，森林公园、etc The place is clean, and the services are absolutely recommended! They also offers us discount ticket or tour trips going to those landscapes!

Incredible, hotel as described on the site, very clean with several accessories (soap, toothbrush etc.) very pretty room. very welcoming and very kind staff, we had an excellent stay here. THANKS ❤️

Near to 天门山.. around 10 mins distance if using cab. And it is only 20 mins from 张家界西高铁站… The boss is friendly. It is located at level 10 of the building

10 min walk to the cable way ticket office.
A bit hard to find
To find the hotel, look for Zhangjiajie col. affiliated hospital then walk along the street aside the hospital.
Walk until the last building then get in and take the elevator to 10th floor. There is a minimart at the ground floor of building.
