"The hotel is located inside the valley , just 6 min walking to the SE entrance odf Zhingjiajie National Park. Was pleasant to stay in a quite area. DIDI is easy to use to travel around. The hotel front desk was very efficient. They also contact me in advance, too reserve an airport up and after some suggestions I decide to let book for me the park entrance and Tianmen mountain. The bed were super comfortable and there is also a pool to enjoy sunset . Highly recommend for hiking lover, Wulingyuan or Zhangjiajie offer better options for dinner out."

"We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Zhangjiajie. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to both Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and they even helped us plan and map out the best routes for our sightseeing. Communication through WeChat was always quick and responsive, and they went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay, and they kindly helped decorate the room, which made the occasion even more special. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is also excellent, with a restaurant right next door and plenty of massage shops nearby, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Zhangjiajie."

They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus. One of the highlights was the host providing free transportation to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park entrance and even offering to pick us up afterward, which made our trip so much easier. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and the national park, making it very convenient for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt right at home. The reception area is huge, impressive, and beautifully designed, creating a real wow factor upon arrival. The property also features a cave restaurant where breakfast is served, and dinner can be arranged with advance booking. There is also a cosy cave lounge for guests to relax. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Location is excellent. The homestay is hidden behind the famous theatre performance venue but only a short walk to the main street, making it convenient while remaining quiet. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a unique accommodation experience in Zhangjiajie. The cave setting alone makes it worth staying here."

Breakfast spread covers both Chinese and Western options with plenty choices. "The location is perfect! Right next to the high-speed rail station, and a quick few-minute taxi ride to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. Our stay was very comfortable, and the front desk staff, Tomato, was incredibly attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Zhangjiajie. Being right next to the high-speed train station makes traveling with luggage so easy. A short taxi ride takes you straight to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, which is great for early morning hikes without rushing. The breakfast buffet is extensive, featuring local specialties, hot porridge, pastries, fresh fruit, and drinks. The sky lobby offers beautiful views of Tianmen Mountain, and our room was clean and quiet. Tomato, one of the staff members, was warm and thoughtful. This is definitely our top choice for a stay in Zhangjiajie."

"I don’t really have much pictures, but the hotel was very clean, the air con and everything else was working perfectly fine. The best thing about this hotel was how kind and extremely helpful the staff were, held my luggage, came back to tell them I’ll take a little longer and eating nearby. They gave me a portable charger. And they planned a full itinerary to enable me to complete Grand Canyon Park, Tienmanshan, and the National Forest park in 2 days. Only thing to note, is that the rooms usually have 2 beds minimum so it’s perfect for groups."

"Wonderful stay! Everyone was really kind, organized both our airport pickup and the drop off back to the city for free (which we did not expect). And most importantly, spent time to design a one day itinerary for us so we could see the best parts of the park with limited time. The place is only a 5-10 minute walk to the entrance which was awesome! They also kindly upgraded us to the 360 degree view room, which was incredible. I posted the view from the terrace, really lovely to wake up to this view every morning. The one thing I would say is bring an eye mask. With all the lovely big windows it does get pretty bright early in the morning. It didn't bother us since we had to wake up early to visit the park. Overall I'd say it was perfect and pretty much everything we could've wanted"

"Me and my two friends had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, the air conditioning worked great, and the room was cleaned wonderfully throughout our stay. The bathroom was also very nice, modern, and well maintained. We also had some really nice views from the window. The surrounding area was great too, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and massage places nearby at very affordable prices. The pool looked fantastic as well. Unfortunately, we were so busy exploring that we only got to admire it rather than use it! Breakfast had a lot of variety and everything we tried was very nice. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us. They kindly accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The staff also helped us arrange and book our trips, which made our holiday much less stressful. They were available on WeChat and always replied quickly whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and lovely stay. If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
