跟對象自駕過來玩，千挑萬選的民宿果然沒讓我失望！整個入住過程愉快且安心，老闆非常的帥氣也很熱情周到，知道我們第一次過來玩，還非常貼心的給予我們很多旅行建議和幫助，服務細節非常到位，各方面的體驗感拉滿！最值得稱讚的就是房間衞生，是真的非常的乾淨！本潔癖人士狂喜！周邊環境非常安靜，傍晚跟對象一起去散步，深呼吸滿滿都是清新的樹木氣息和泥土的味道，整個身心都徹底的被治癒，真的好愛大自然，下次還來👍

閨蜜+長者+小孩遊。找了很久，特意找一家可以住5個人的房間預訂，所以訂了竹隱·蟬語·兩居室庭院套房。來到的時候，發現兩居室是兩個獨立房間，室內不相連，是靠一個後面的庭院相連，而且路不算特別好走的時候，的確是蠻大落差的。還發了一點點脾氣。客服也很無奈，他們也衹有這些房間。但除了這一點點跟預期不太一樣的落差之外，整個3晚的住宿體驗還是很不錯的！店家，客服的服務很到位。我們的什麼問題都一一解答。幫我們安排行程，買門票，包接送！到達的那天在天門山排到很晚的號下來，飯點都錯過了，聯繫客服，要求他們幫我們做點吃的，回到去就有吃的，而且味道還不錯。山裡環境本來就很寧靜，很舒服，再加上我們入住期間，店裡沒看到別的客人，整個民宿好像是我們包場了，很享受那份寧靜和專屬我們的一對一的服務！最後一個晚上安排了燒烤，還有唱KTV，面對一大片草地燒烤唱歌，剛好月圓之夜，氛圍是很棒的！ 對想要體驗淳樸山裡安靜生活的人，這還是蠻推薦的！謝謝店家，客服的辛勤招待！ 祝安好！

房間挺大的，色調很舒服。
但洗髮跟浴淋不是歐舒丹，而且只剩下一點點，但凌晨洗的澡所以不好意思找老闆要，幸好有自已帶的可以用。
设施：廁所跟淋浴間分開两邊的，但門都是全透明玻璃，特別是廁所，正對著洗漱台，中間沒有牆，如果是2個人住可能會有點不方便。
淋浴間設計也有問題，玻璃門沒阻斷，一洗澡水就流出去了，而且有一點漫到房間，因為房間跟洗澡間的間隔不大。
最后強烈建議廁所貼一下那種磨沙玻璃的阻隔一下吧，基本上一進大門就能看到廁所也不太好。

We love the stunning panoramic view from every corner of the room.
Staff service is excellent.
Food is great and you can dine in your own baclony with fresh air and enjoy the country side.
Very easy access to national park with minutes walk.
Got private jacuzzi in room as well and help to ease the pain after hiking.
Hardware of the room is slightly dated and might need to have replacement. Otherwise really recommending this hotel.

酒店環境很好，院子裏好多李子樹呀，現在全部開花了，聽管家説，夏天時候有李子吃哦，下次如果有時間，暑假再回來吃李子，嘻嘻。離森林公園衹需要幾分鐘車程，酒店有車接送到門票站，很方便，到高鐵站也衹需15分鐘車程，酒店也可以接站哦，管家在我們入住前就把我們想玩的地方，全部跟我們規劃好了，服務非常棒。酒店負一樓還有一個KTV，可以免費唱歌哦，這次旅行時間太趕了，都沒有好好的去唱唱歌。

We arrived and were welcomed with fruits, snacks and tea. The staff was super nice! We had everything we needed. The room was very nice as well :)
We were sad to find out that the swimming pool is still under construction, and it's not available. The staff was nice and provided us dinner.
I highly recommend this hotel. They make sure you are always happy during your staying :)

We had a wonderful stay here! Managers were very helpful, location was beautiful but a little out of the way. Didn't matter too much as cars were easy to get and managers were happy to drop off and pick up to closest gate. Food was great, and the little lake our room looked over was so serene. Highly recommend over the big hotels in Wulingyuan. Our shower did leak a bit, so we used towels to mop up floor after, but the cleaners gave us fresh towels everyday anyway.

MMargarita RFoggy Valley is an excellent hotel that helped us enjoy our trip to Zhangjiajie National Park to the fullest. Hotel looks amazing even though most of the time we were outside. Even without leaving hotel you can make a lot of beautiful photos. The food was also great, we enjoyed absolutely every meal we tried there. I can assure that the best part about our stay was the stuff of Foggy Valley, never in my life I had an experience like this. Every stuff member was extremely helpful and involved. At first we were sceptical, but it was unnecessary, because the advices they were giving us could have saved us a lot of time if we realised this good intentions earlier. Especially I want to mention Hu Qing who helped us the most, thank you so much 🫰 Surely will recommend this place to my friends
The room was a little bit cold (December btw), but I guess it's overall problem of this region in general and not the hotel.

Not only it is clean, with lovely rooms and located 4 min to the gate, but on the reception they gave me excellent tips on what to do and how to organize my time in the park! I have saved a lot of money forts and was able to see all the park attractions in short 2.5 days I’ve spent in WLY due to their help. Thank you very much!
I also felt welcomed by the staff.
And also it was the only hotel in the area (out of four I’ve stayed in) where I did not have to wait for hot water, and heating was good as well. Since it was +2 C at night, it was very convenient.
Hotel also located on a lovely street close to night market, but far from noise.

They provide driver to go around for free (careful, some areas like Grand Canyon will incur some fee)
Booked a room that says can accommodate 4 adults (1 king bed & 1 queen bed). In reality it’s 1 king bed & 1 single bed. I was asked to then pay for an extra bed for 300RMB. After some argument, they waived the fee.
You can also ask to have meals cooked from their menu. Be careful to read the menu properly. I was charged 490RMB for the chicken, because the menu says 98RMB for every 500g, and they apparently cooked 2.5kg chicken without letting us know in advance.
The amenities were fine. Bathroom & toilet were clean, but not very well designed (no hanger in toilet etc).
They can also help you with laundry for free.

Bbeeeeeabsolutely loved this place! such a pity that I only had time to stay for one night. amazing staffs/people running the place, they were so welcoming and kind and took care of me knowing that I am alone, they invited me to join them for lunch!
weather was not very forgiving during my stay, so they were very kind to offer me an upgrade to their beautiful rainbow room multiple times for me to rest better. I just love this place and the people, will definitely be back again to try out their rainbow room finally!

ZzlingngReally friendly and amazing hotel services. Very accommodating to my request. The room is very spacious. Bedding are clean and best hotel pillows. Slept well because of that. Located only few blocks away from Xibu Street but facing the river. So it's convenient yet quiet. Plenty of food option in the area.

PPengguna TetamuOur holidaying at Zhangjiajie was memorable not just because of the most astounding natural beauty of the place but also because of one of the most memorable experiences at the hotel we stayed in: ‘Harmona Resort and Spa’. The warm and friendly staff here created a very welcoming atmosphere.
We experienced excellent customer service with friendly and approachable attitude displayed by every member of the staff. They had the ability to anticipate needs of guests and respond promptly.
Though we did not know Mandarin, we never felt isolated because of the extra length the staff went to translate using technology.
The staff also handled specific requests quickly and were excellent in resolving issues. We had problem with our electrical plugs and adapters. Cherry from the Front Desk patiently spent hours and found a solution that allowed us to charge all our electronics on the local system.
The staff particularly at the restaurants displayed cultural awareness and showed sensitivity to our vegetarian meal requests.
Special mention must be made of Front Desk Staff particularly Cherry who positively responded instantaneously to any of our requests.
Housekeeping Staff also responded immediately to our request for sorting out the WiFi issue.
I and my wife would like to specially thank Hq Du, an extremely pleasant and helpful lady at the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast. Donghua and Fang ant this place also went out of the way to make the daily breakfast an experience to remember. All the three anticipated our needs and were always friendly and cheerful.They walk the talk in customer service. When my wife did not go for buffet breakfast as she was working out, they insisted on packing the breakfast for her. Also, on the day we were leaving, they packed take away food for the road. This was highly thoughtful of them.
We would also like to thank Roland, Yuan Quioyun and Lora from the Chinese restaurant, who prepared for us off-the-menu Chinese vegetarian dishes which proved to be very delicious.
Overall, we had an incredibly lovely experience at this resort and would strongly recommend visitors to Zhangjiajie to stay at this place.

NNathanwThe location is perfect! A few minutes walk to the East gate and a 1 minute walk to the nightly street market. The receptionist or boss is very friendly and helpful. He provides a lot of information and can book the National Park tickets for cheaper than I could find. The whole hostel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Each bed has a curtain, lamp, and can charge two things. Their is a nice lobby and also a rooftop for people to relax.
The only thing to be aware of is that there are only squat toilets in the hostel.

PPengguna TetamuExtremely clean and well maintained: any small issue that arose was quickly fixed. Location is optimal if visiting the national park, as the hotel lies at a 15m walk away from the Zimugang (Central Entrance) of the park. Sadly, delivery apps do not deliver to the hotel, so one should make sure to have some snacks handy. Didi service works in the area of the hotel at any time of the day and night.
The host is fantastic as he offered us a ride to the entrance for both days that we visited the park. He also provided a driver to pick us up from the airport and gave us several recommendations on activities.
Breakfast is essential but very tasty: be sure to come early, as few dishes might finish (especially baozi and dumplings).
In the winter, some amenities like the pool and the balcony are harder to enjoy, due to the weather.
All in all, highly recommended experience if planning to have easy access to Zhangjiajie park, combined with a very pleasant room and stunning views. Really worth every penny.

SSS-SingaporeReach ZJJ west station via the high speed rail from Changsha. After Existing the station, keep left to the Bus Station to WuLingYuan. Need to tell the staff there so they will ask the bus to detour into the station to pick ups up. Cost 13RMB per trip. Tell the Bus driver u going to East Gate, Dong Meng. You will alight after the round about along WuLing Road. From there it's just a 5 mins walk to the hotel. Greeted by Mr Yang. the owner of the hotel. I reached the hotel early at 10am, Mr Yang is nice enough to prep the room early and let me check-in. He orientated me to the surrounding and suggest my route to tour the national park. I was staying there for 3 nights. So i bought the 4 days entry ticket + unlimited Cable Cars(3 routes) & BaiLong lift ride. Very worth it if you are staying there for 4 days. Mr Yang helped me to purchase the ticket at a discount price (488RMB). Totally enjoyed the walk, hike, climb, cable car rides & lift rides as it's a low tourist season. But I make an effort to wake yp early and take the first scenic shuttle bus to the locations. The East Gate opens at 7am in the morning, closed at abt 730pm. The East Gate where the WuLingMeng landmark building is, is where all the shuttle buses will depart to the different locations, eg, to TianZhiShan, BaiLong Elevator or Ten Miles gallery. I will usually Didi to and back from the East gate to the hotel, cost abt 6-8RMB. Walking is about 1.5km. 15mins. I skip the Grand Canyon as I think it's abit overpriced and not very scenic. After the stay, I took the same public bus to ZJJ city for TianZhiShan. The pickup location for the public bus is at the same round abt, just wave at the blue bus with the label to ZJJ. Price is also 13rmb and can be paid onboard via WeChat pay. My Yang help me to buy the mountain ticket in advance as its always crowded there. I paid 238rmb for Route 2 ticket which is taking the bus up the mountain and cable car back to the city. It was super nice up in the mountain and the cable car ride was a superb experience. If you need more info can email me @ *****************. Can share more with u solo traveler. Additional Info: The location of the hotel is the best I feel, there are many shops and eatery. Do not stay at the west gate area of WuLingYuan, it's very inconvenient there. The room of the hotel is super big and clean. Bed is VERY comfortable. You have everything you need in the room. Mr Yang will often make me Chinese tea and chit chat. Very friendly and humble boss. Will definitely come back and stay in his hotel again.
