What a fantastic stay! I really have to give this place a shout-out. Finding such an affordable hotel during the National Day holiday period was truly a rare gem. They even offer Mercedes-Benz business van pick-up and drop-off, with the owner himself driving! The thoughtful and attentive service started the moment we got in the car, instantly upgrading the whole experience. The owner and the charming front desk staff not only helped us plan our itinerary for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain based on our stay duration, but they also explained everything patiently and meticulously. They even marked out the routes sequentially on a hand-drawn map, and purchased tickets and transportation passes on our behalf. It felt like a personalized, one-stop service that saved us hassle, money, and time. The owner's wife was incredibly thoughtful too. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, she prepared mooncakes for all the guests early on and even set up the rooftop terrace with cozy tea and seating areas, allowing guests to admire the moon while enjoying distant views of Tianmen Mountain at night. It was truly heartwarming! Because there were quite a few foreign guests, she even wore a Qipao, actively showcasing the elegance and grace of Chinese women – beautiful inside and out! Oh, and from their rooftop, you can also get a close-up view of planes taking off and landing, and enjoy beautiful sunsets. For anyone heading to Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here – it's an incredible value!

I absolutely have to give this B&B five stars. Most of the good B&Bs were fully booked during the National Day holiday. Since we weren't driving, I didn't want to book one that was too out of the way, as it would be inconvenient for getting around. This B&B isn't too far from the high-speed rail station or the Tianmen Mountain scenic area, and it has family rooms, which perfectly met our needs. We arrived past 11 PM that night, and the owner was very welcoming. As soon as we reached the B&B's entrance, my child immediately fell in love with it because there's a pool right there. If the weather wasn't cold, my child could have gone swimming, and the water quality was visibly very clean. Entering the room was an even bigger surprise; the child's bed was semi-enclosed, a truly thoughtful design that meant I didn't have to worry about my child rolling off the bed while sleeping alone. There's a small balcony with an open view. The complex is a villa area with a great environment and even little cats, which my child loved. Because we arrived so late at night, we missed breakfast the next morning, but the owner specifically came over to say there was still food in the kitchen and asked the chef to prepare something for us. The breakfast was also delicious. In short, everything was wonderful. Due to our itinerary, we moved to a B&B near the Forest Park the next day, but my child still couldn't stop talking about this place and wanted to go back. I think we will definitely return.

Honestly, when I booked this hotel at the foot of Tianmen Mountain, I didn't have high hopes, thinking any hotel near a scenic spot would just be a place to sleep. But I was pleasantly surprised – completely blown away! First off, the location is incredible. You can just stroll to the scenic area entrance, no need to wake up early to rush for transport, which is a huge plus for a lazy person like me. Then the room also really surprised me. It was exceptionally clean! The sheets and duvet covers felt fresh, not that damp, clammy feeling you sometimes get. I couldn't even find a speck of dust in the bathroom's corners, which immediately put me at ease. But the absolute best thing I want to rave about is that they have a washing machine! After a full day of hiking, I was exhausted. I could just toss my dirty clothes in, and they'd be clean and ready to wear the next day. That's such a thoughtful service for travelers! Also, if you're driving, parking is super convenient. The parking lot is huge, so no hassle finding a spot.

Vienna Hotel is truly a hidden gem for accommodation, delivering an absolutely amazing experience! It definitely lives up to its 'deep sleep, great health' brand promise. The mattress in the room was just right – not too soft, not too hard – paired with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, I enjoyed an exceptionally peaceful night's sleep that completely eased my travel fatigue. The cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spacious and bright, with every corner spotless. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was abundant and consistently warm. The toiletries were also high quality, making for a very reassuring stay. The front desk service was warm and efficient; check-in and check-out were quick. They proactively introduced the hotel facilities and local transportation options, and any questions I had were answered promptly – showing thoughtfulness in every detail. Breakfast was an even bigger surprise! The variety was rich and fresh, with hot dishes, staple foods, fruits, and drinks all available. The freshly cooked noodles and freshly squeezed juices were absolutely delicious. Starting the day well-fed and satisfied was wonderful. The hotel's location is also very convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

I booked a suite and stayed for five consecutive days. The boss and his family were very nice. They reminded me to book the attractions in advance during the May Day holiday during the phone consultation before I went there, otherwise I couldn't make a reservation for Tianmen Mountain Line A. The berry tea was delicious, and it tasted sweet when paired with the spring water that the boss's wife got from the top of the mountain. It was also much cheaper to buy tickets for Zhangjiajie Forest Park at her house. It was very convenient to travel here. The bus center station was across the road, and the bus to Wulingyuan ran every ten minutes. Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: comfortable Service: excellent

I booked a king-size bed room with a mountain view. I loved the layout of the room; it was so spacious. Having just returned from a hike, seeing this layout melted away a lot of my fatigue. I loved the design of the bathroom; the large sink and mirror made washing up so convenient and comfortable. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas and was also spacious and quick, which was reassuring. The room had a clothes drying rack for drying clothes. If you don't have enough hangers, ask the staff for help, and they'll be happy to help. The hair dryer in the room was a Lifen! This brand's hair dryer is lightweight, powerful, and perfect for drying hair. For someone like me with thick, difficult hair, being able to use this type of dryer while out and about was truly a relief. The staff were also incredibly helpful and helpful with any questions we had. They were incredibly friendly, truly amazing! The view from the hotel (pictured) was also beautiful. At night, you could see a beautiful sunset, and even a glimpse of Tianmen Cave could be seen from the back of the courtyard! The B&B provided earplugs, which helped us sleep better. Finally, the price of this B&B is really reasonable, and it's definitely worth a try if you're visiting the area.
