Great location in the center of town. Front desk was very helpful and adapted to communicating through phone translation. Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

酒店所處的位置，交通便利，裏面有好幾個酒店，地下停車方便，免費。周邊有個學校，好像是個小吃街，人很多。
工作人員態度非常好，主動給升級了房間。
房間空間很大，衞生間、淋浴間分開，洗漱在外面，設計合理。床品舒服，設施齊全。
稍有不足，洗衣機7樓衹有一個，好像還有點不好使，快洗一直不結束。建議改善看看。

隔音太差，像是和前後左右住在一個大通鋪裏。樓道的聲音非常清楚。在樓道里説什麼話都能聽見。前後左右上下的**聲非常之大。像是我住在他們床邊兒。從下午到第二天上午。聽了不少於6次***的聲音。********。其實一點兒都不想聽。但是隔音太差，沒辦法。各種**的聲音直往我耳朵裏鑽。樓道里關門的聲音聽得非常清楚，説話的聲音也聽得非常清楚。

入住前因為更名有點擔心，實際情況超預期。硬件仍然保留洲際系酒店的風格和細節，早餐也算豐富。最大的亮點是前台這兩個姑娘，待人都很温和熱情，而且推薦了適合家庭親子的荷里活大床房。因為我們高鐵時間比較晚，我原本是想再開一個鐘點房，但是前台姑娘直接幫忙免費續了一個小時。

Location not so convenient for downtown, 30 min walk.
Breakfast has cheapest cereal, cheapest butter, cheapest bacon, cheapest milk.
Park View? What view? What park? :-) seems miles away and you can't see it. 😀

FFelicia Tan5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view!
The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices!
Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service.
We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location!
A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

JJohanna2024The location is great. Easy to reach by train with free shuttle bus provided to and from the station. Also free shuttle bus around the resort. The room was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a living area and kitchenette for a great price. Very comfortable beds and lovely and warm. Lovely showers in the 2 bathrooms. Very close to skiing facilities - could get to all the gear rental and slopes right from behind the hotel.
Breakfast was decent - my children found a few things they liked. Mostly Chinese but a few western things like baked goods. The resort is huge with most of the facilities based in another building a short walk away. The kids play zone is great but extra money and was unfortunately closed for 2 of our 3 days in Thaiwoo. No pool here. Fantastic for skiing and all staff we met were really friendly, kind and helpful.

PPengguna Tetamu第一次到崇禮滑雪，很想體驗一下滑進滑出的感覺，昨天晚上突然想帶娃滑雪，就訂了高鐵票和酒店，訂了最早的高鐵，九點多就到崇禮了，訂的皇冠假日離火車站九百米，有接駁大巴，很方便。
九點多到了酒店，本以為要寄存行李，結果前台説現在二層有打掃出來的房間，還説風景也很不錯，所以我們立刻就辦理了入住，而且我説我想訂含早的，但點錯了，能不能換成含早的，服務員説衹能退了重新訂，我説他會不會訂不到了。這時候就要點名表揚前台小哥哥李博了，給我們直接免費升級了含雙早的房間，看有個小朋友，還又多送了一份早餐，太貼心了。
房間還算寬敞，浴室很大，浴缸在窗邊可以看到滑雪場，房間的陽台也直接面對雪場，視野很好，體驗很好，還會再來。

they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! I would definitely come back here again.

I am from Medan ,Indonesia .I can't resist writing a review of this hotel.The service at this hotel is very good that I feel comfortable like at home. So you don't feel lonely even if you stay 20 days at this hotel. Breakfast and lunch suit my tongue. And when I encountered difficulties I was greatly helped by 姚主管 . When package from another city is sent to me that is sent to the wrong address. I was also helped by the hotel vice president directly to pick it up. Also helped with food delivery by Xiao Chen Supervisor.When I checked out I was given ride by the hotel to the railway station.
It really a very good experience , meeting very kind people at this hotel.
Will stay at this hotel when I come back.
