Great location in the center of town. Front desk was very helpful and adapted to communicating through phone translation. Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

總體還算可以。幾個小問題： 1.住在A座，入住退房衹能到B座，下雨天辦入住不太友好，來回來去的跑； 2.酒店離小鎮中心有點遠，南山這邊吃的玩兒的很好，夜裡啥也看不到； 3.兩個卧室衹有一個電視遙控器，問前台説是管理要求，一套房衹給配一個遙控器； 4.兩居是普通的兩個雙床房改造的，但改造的並不徹底，還有兩個房號，門也沒有改，卧室門關上的話進出還要房卡開門，進門處的燈光貌似是聲控？沒有找到哪裡可以控制，整個房間總有一處地方是黑的； 5.cd座和ab座的地庫連接處，有很多的**，挺臭。

Great for a family or group trip - spacious suites with room to gather. Prompt service. The kitchen is empty, no plates, knives, pots/pans. Breakfast is okay. The location is great, just a few minutes from the high speed rail (Taizicheng) and walking distance to restaurants and the equipment rental hall. Access to the hot springs is included.

Just came up to Thaiwoo mid-week in December to spend one day in the slopes. The room was very spacious and there if a full size fridge. My room also had a large Sofia. The breakfast was ok, more Chinese style.

We stayed again for the second time this year. Location is down the road from the ski resort. This time we found out the shuttle bus system. The shuttle schedule can be found at the counter in the reception. The breakfast in the basement is pretty good. Chinese food but no coffee so this time I brought my own.

的確這家酒店是很上檔次的，在奧運場館雪如意的對面，聽説是給比賽的裁判員住的。 環境： 整體酒店的裝修很上檔次的，酒店大堂區域很明亮，也有談事休息的沙發座椅。全日制餐廳內明亮乾淨，早餐在這裏吃的。 設施： 酒店設施很齊全，電動沖洗馬桶，電視機，中央空調一應俱全。而且還有智能控制面板，但不知道為什麼控制不了窗簾。車庫有充電樁，對開電動汽車的人們很友好！ 衞生： 整體衞生環境還是不錯的，到處乾乾淨淨的，沒有發現頭髮等污漬。 服務： 服務這塊還是很不錯的，西餐廳的武帥和前台的趙靜這兩位服務員服務態度很好，微笑服務做的很到位，前台會在入住前打電話確認我們是否到店，並且詢問我們有什麼特殊要求，很貼心。 建議： 1.這是三人間，不太清楚為什麼咖啡、茶、浴巾、毛巾、浴袍都是兩個 2.三人間衹有1把椅子，沒地方坐 3.電動馬桶燈晚上閃爍，影響休息 希望酒店越來越好哈！

1️⃣酒店很大很氣派，超級大真的，裏面的空間可以再開一個酒店，聽説是國企，非常大震撼🤣🤣 2️⃣啥都好就是衞生死角有點多，我們住的圓景房，陽台的紗窗門檻很臟，起碼一個月沒擦，陽台玻璃圍欄也很臟一層灰 3️⃣餐廳也非常大，自助早餐品種豐富，就是同樣的衞生死角很多，坐的椅子角很臟也沒擦 4️⃣洗衣房也是凌亂很臟，白瞎了這麼好的配置 5️⃣前台有個年紀大一些的大姐，很懶很會給自己省力，行李牌她都要客户寫，很給自己省事，衹是耍耍嘴皮子 6️⃣地理位置有點偏僻，附近方圓三公里之內沒有吃飯的，衹能酒店解決，去鎮上要30分鐘車程，衹適合自駕遊 總結，很氣派很大，員工工作懶洋洋。很懶散 衞生搞得不好

PPengguna TetamuThe shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.

PPengguna Tetamu第一次入住張家口國際大酒店，房間乾淨整潔，服務特別好，免費升級並辦理了加急趕房，因高峯客流量很大，酒店依然很快將房間整理出來，辦理入住，客房服務阿姨特別好，因帶孩子出遊添加房間用品，很快給派送，還贈送了果盤和酒店自製的山楂水，很好喝，孩子也喜歡。退房時還送了伴手禮。去周邊景點便捷，步行可到博物館和圖書館新館、地質博物館。全家體驗都很棒～下次還會關顧。🎈🎆🎉🌺🌸🌼🌻🪷

Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

Within walking distance to the ski resort and the breakfast was tasty! they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! So you don't feel lonely even if you stay 20 days at this hotel. Breakfast and lunch suit my tongue. And when I encountered difficulties I was greatly helped by 姚主管 . When package from another city is sent to me that is sent to the wrong address. I was also helped by the hotel vice president directly to pick it up. Also helped with food delivery by Xiao Chen Supervisor.When I checked out I was given ride by the hotel to the railway station. It really a very good experience , meeting very kind people at this hotel. Will stay at this hotel when I come back. She went over and beyond her duties, really amazing of Vivian In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.
